   Fraud

   This company not only doesnt pay their workers but is a shell company that gets contracts hires labor off facebook, craigslist, google ads etc. then doesnt pay them. After trying to find the paper trail i learned their “office” is actually just a business center break room… tyler (the wife of the scamming duo) stopped responding to me after i told her i never got paid. She explained to ME that she had payed me… i will be going through city hall to get their business license revoked and also start a case against them in small claims court. Mark my words Larry and Tyler you will be brought to justice.

   Garbage company

   m beyond disappointed with my experience with Tru Solutions. I had hired this company to assist with moving from my rented apartment to my first owned condo but ended up having to deal with damaged walls in the apartment, scratches all over my leather couch, Chair and had 2 “missing” boxes that were mysteriously found after I had video footage of them getting onto the moving truck. I had called the Larry and asked if he had seen the missing boxes because they were small enough to be looked over. He told me that he searched the truck three times and went on about how they wouldn’t have taken them, which I had never even accused them of. He called me the next day, said he had checked again, and no boxes were found. so I told him I was going to take a look at the security footage to see if I could find where they went. After telling him this, he accused me of lying about my missing boxes and trying to get something for free,which is a child’s response. Zero accountability Obviously, I still checked the footage of the move and clearly saw them loading the missing boxes onto the truck. I gave the driver a call, told him the boxes made it onto the truck but not into my house and sent him photos showing it being loaded in. He called me back a few short hours later all of a sudden, he had found the missing boxes in an unopened boxed he found and told me he was on his way to drop them off to my place. When he arrived, he literally said to me “here is your shit” to which I asked why he was the angry one and he responded “you’ve been a headache for me ever since you mentioned your scratched leather couch to my coworker.” Which at this point I’m convinced this coworker is his wife Tyler and I assume she gave him hell about another move done unprofessionally and lazily, without using blankets and screwing up customers things. At no point did he apologize or even admit he was wrong. Instead he chose to gaslight and create a narrative where it was my fault HE left my boxes on his truck and clearly lied about looking for them. He was completely overtaken with emotional rage and I actually felt like he wanted to fight me. Seeing an adult with this low level of accountability and self respect is just sad. What was supposed to be an exciting new time in my life has now been tarnished with this terrible experience, leaving me with more stress and damaged furniture.Absolute TERRIBLE experience.

   First of all this is NOT a moving company. These are brokers. They recruit a moving company to move you. Secondly they do not send anyone out to give you a professional estimate Please don't hire these people.

   Poor Communication Unknown delivery dates

   They had already changed my pick up time twice and if they didn’t show up the last time it would be too late to rent a truck so I had to forfeit my 1/3 deposit and cancel my pick up. I think someone should look into them for this outrageous behavior that leaves you no choice. Them missed my quality inspection and 2 pickups so what choice did I have. I do believe they should refund my deposit.

   What I order 3 hours of work for 4 men with equipment (hand truck) and boxes to pack my tv’s and appliances into a pod to move across country they were schedule to arrive between 930-10 am. What I got the packers did not arrive until around 1 pm and when my wife kept calling to find out where they were at the operators were surprised that they were not there. When they finally did arrive 3 hours late they showed up with 3 men and no equipment or boxes. They were told they were unpacking and not loading. Fine my wife calls and the individual she talked too is rude and unhelpful and offers to send another crew out tomorrow which we cant do because moving across country. So great off to Lowes I go to buy a hand truck and some boxes for T.V’s. less than 2 hours later the movers are sitting in their car in our driveway with nothing else to do or so they say. We spent another hour finishing loading the pod. They destroyed the trim in one of my rooms and were late and unprepared for the job we had for them. Great no issue if they had charged us correctly. They charged us the full rate they quoted us for 4 men and equipment and when my wife called they did not answer and she left a message. 2 days later I have to call 4 times to finally speak to someone and apparently they only overcharged us 100 dollars. 4 men, equipment, boxes for 3 hours 725 dollars. 3 men, 3 hours late and totally unprepared to move my stuff for less than 2 hours 625 dollars factor in the equipment I had to buy for them to do the job and it’s the same price as above. I am having to go through my credit card company to fight this fraud of a company. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.
