   This was a quick, well orchestrated move by a True State Moving. I called them with a last minute moving request and they were able to accommodate me better than anyone else I called and asked. Well deserving of 5 stars!

   Friendly & Professional Movers.

   I hired this moving company and was not disappointed. The pickup and drop off times were accurate and the promises about my things remaining intact were true. The movers were able to properly protect my belongings during this relocation. It was a successful long distance move. The moving crew was nice enough to assemble my things after they were dropped off and maneuvered into my new home. Good work!

   Professional Move.

   This is a moving company I was able to depend on. They were gracious enough to keep me posted throughout the whole move, leaving me feeling like they actually cared about the condition my things arrived in. The pick up was on time and so was the drop off. All of my family’s things arrived intact and my furniture was rearranged inside my new home exactly how I asked. Nothing was mishandled or treated carelessly. I know most moves aren’t perfect, but this move was as perfect as it could of been. Great work True State Moving Services!

   Good moving experience.

   I hardly write reviews but this company was deserving of one based on the masterful display of customer service and attention to detail while moving my most valuable things across states. My things were in good hands from the start because everything they transported was adequately secured with bubble wrap, cardboard and blankets. A combination of all these materials were covering my furniture and other important items. Thank you again!

   Transcendent Moving Experience.

   Exceptional moving experience! Friendly customer service that was attentive since the beginning of the move, until the end when my things were dropped off. I noticed that they were meticulous throughout the pick up process and it carried over into the drop off. I know that when you’re referring to the moving industry, it’s either hit or miss. In my case, this move was a hit. They did an excellent job transitioning my things from point A to B and for this reason I’d gladly recommend them to anyone who is planning out a long distance move.

   Great Move for the Price.

   I’ve participated in my fair share of moves in my lifetime, whether they were for myself or a family member I was supporting through a move of their own. From what I’ve deduced, most moves are very rough and stressful for most of the people involved. At least that’s what I thought and all I knew prior to my experience with True State Moving. However, they managed to shift my perspective with their approach to this recent move. Everything was so organized and they were calm, cool and collected during the entire move. Never once miscommunicated any of the information. They excelled beyond my imagination and expectations. The condition of my things are unchanged. They did an excellent job in every aspect for this move and I’d like to take the time to personally thank them for putting forth the required amount of effort to have this moving process go so smoothly.

   All of our needs were met during this move. They were adequately prepared to handle transporting all of our belongings in a timely and organized manner. Finding a moving company that could be transparent, organized and time oriented were my largest priorities. With True State Moving Services, that is exactly what I received. Not only were they friendly and accommodating throughout each section of the move, but they were productive and efficient. They knew how to treat us like family but also took us seriously enough to not cause disappointment. This is a top notch moving company and was a phenomenal moving experience.

   Fantastic Service.

   I hired them to move my things from Newark to San Francisco. I can say that after this move, I feel like the True State Moving team made a lasting impression with me. They never rushed my things into my new home either. Everything was accounted for and transported into my new home in an orderly manner. This was a very professional moving experience from the start and finished on a high note. Thank you for meeting my expectations. Couldn’t of picked a better stateside moving company with better intentions.

    They won't deal with all the damage they caused to my furniture

    I was promised by Frank Diaz that they would take great care wrapping and protecting my furniture. But two sofas came with grease stains on the edges and a wood cabinet came with a huge scratch on its side. Then, True State refused to deal with my complaint for over 2 months and finally offered me $300. Dont deal with these people.
