   Please do not use this company. Or before you do read all the reviews available (and there are several) before making the decision to enlist this company's services. They employee sloppy, irresponsible staff that do not take the time necessary to secure your stuff. I provided shrink wrap, moving blankets, bungee cords and rope for the items to be secured, they did not use any of these items. Their staff threw glass shelves unwrapped and stacked on top of each other on top of metal frames without securing the glass. They put metal mattress frames and heavy metal tools on or against cherry wood furniture and did not wrap, place a blanket or secure any of these pieces, therefore during transportation, the pieces shifted and continually hit up against each other causing gouges and scrapes in every piece of wood furniture I own (dresser, coffee tables, and bedside tables. This was also the case with my stainless steel refrigerator. I have tried on numerous occasions to resolve this matter directly with the company and their response is "once they were finished loading the items, their responsibility ended and that I needed to stop trying to scapegoat them, that my damage was caused by my own actions". The first attempt to resolve the matter I was told the damage was caused because we told them what to load, the 2nd and 3rd attempt to resolve they stated that they didn't follow their 10 years of experience because "we told them how to load the truck" and the 4th and 5th attempt to resolve I was told the damage was caused because of the way I drove. If you have a choice to not use them, I highly suggest using any other company available. This company cares nothing about customer service nor do they take any time to ensure that your stuff will arrive at its destination in the same condition in which they loaded it. They do not care except to receive their payment. If you must use them - DO NOT sign any forms they state are just there to authorize them to touch your stuff. This is a form drawn up by some unethical lawyer and will make it more difficult for you to seek resolution.
