Terrible - STAY AWAY
[NAME EDIT] promised no extra costs. I ended up paying an extra $1000 hiden items. And my sofa was damaged. Their insurance said they cover $43. STAY AWAY *UPDATED POST VENDOR RESPONSE: Inaccurate/FALSE response from company. There was nothing more than on the bill of items. The hidden fees were for forcing the packaging of specific items which had not been informed, delivery location charges and truck change for NYC. Emails with vendor clearly document their intent. One suggestion remains STAY AWAY.

Dear ״Honest”, We do not have hidden fees, but unfortunately you had hidden items which you expected us to move with no extra cost. We provided flat price, but when the movers arrived, you had triple the items you mentioned originally. We are sorry you had damage to your sofa. You were advised to purchase more than the minimum insurance, but you declined. We wish you best of luck!
