   Very hard working group of guys.

   A last-minute change in closing dates posed a major obstacle, forcing us to store our belongings for a few days. Fortunately, the business offered temporary storage, packing our items in a climate- controlled facility. They delivered the cartons and helped unload when we were ready.

   They were fantastic all through the process. I was concerned about moving the piano, but the company said they had dealt with it before and came well prepared. It was amazing to see how well they wrapped, lifted and secured it before driving away.

   I appreciated the help! I was worried about three enormous antique mirrors shattering during my move. Fortunately, the movers provided extra padding and thick cardboard boxes and handled them properly, so they arrived at my house safely. I'm so grateful!

   Great experience!

   Great experience! The movers maintained both high standards of professionalism and carefulness while working efficiently. My dog felt uneasy because of the busy environment but one of the movers come to him to provide comfort through petting and reassurance. The team members showed expertise in handling fragile dishes without any damage. No complaints whatsoever.

   Although they extensively used paper and bubble wrap, my kitchen presented its fair share of challenges due to the abundance of delicate dishes and little appliances. I really appreciated that nothing shattered or cracked.

   Avoid this moving company at all costs

   Avoid this moving company at all costs. All around a nightmare experience. They showed up late. The customer service was straight out of KGB Eastern Bloc style something. They took no care of my mom's inventory (furniture, lamps, household goods, etc) and ended up destroying or damaging over 5k usd of her stuff during the interstate move. And they offered a 40 usd refund after I documented it all and took hours detailing it. Absolutely do not allow this company to touch your move from home to new home.

   My boxes were stacked so high in the truck that I saw them swaying when we hit a bump. I asked them to secure the load, but they laughed and said it would be fine. It’s a miracle more stuff didn’t break.

   FRAUD ALERT!!!! LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!!

   This company is a bunch of frauds and scam artists. This company is filled with liars. The salesman promised you one thing and then the customer service team tells you a completely different story. I was given a $5600 estimate and locked in with a $2000ish deposit. Then a few days prior I was contacted to give a more accurate account of what I was moving. Now that total was raised to a $7000 ish estimate with a $3300 deposit. During both of these calls, I spoke to salesman brad and al who both guaranteed my shelving units would be disassembled moved and reassembled upon delivery. This was a factor in me choosing this company. When the moving company guy arrived he doubled the amount to almost $14,000 and when I asked for my refund back, they told me I couldn’t get it so agree or lose a ton of money. The women from Florida just continually lie to me about what Brad and Al the two salesman both guaranteed me. They charged by the cubic foot and basically what they did was remove the shelves and keep these 8’x 4‘ frames and wrapped them in black plastic to take up as much cubic space as possible. When I caught them, I asked if I could disassemble them and I was told no. The moving guy from Prime moving yelled at me and was a total jerk. This company is nothing more than Florida trash, cheating, decent, good hard-working people out of their money. I have asked for them to honor Brad and Al‘s commitment to breaking them down and refunding me some of this cubic footage space which they refuse to do. Now, they are holding my belongings hostage. I took possession of my home June 1, which was the first available delivery date. These women have told me they have 30 business days that is from June 1 to deliver my stuff. As of today, June 17 I have not received any of my stuff. I believe that they are being petty and vindictive. At this point I am sure if I actually do receive my items they will be broken and mishandled because I have written these negative reviews, trying to warn others not to be duped by these awful people. I have not been contacted by them with any updates. Any information is from me, begging the company to communicate. You do not wanna work with this fraudulent scam artist and liars. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!! RUN!!!

    Worst move ever.

    The movers didn’t bother securing my furniture properly in the truck, and as a result, several items were damaged during transport. My bookshelf arrived with deep scratches, and my dresser had one of its drawers completely smashed. It’s clear they had no idea what they were doing.
