   Our job was pretty hard - we had just made a cross country move with two pods full of very heavy furniture and a ton of inefficiently packed heavy boxes. Juan, Jacob and Omar unloaded everything into our home in only 2 hours with zero damage to our furniture!! They even assembled all four of our beds for us. They are a super efficient kind team!! We’ll definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend!!

   A well managed 3 bedroom move

   The move from Long Beach to Los Angeles was handled carefully from start to finish. Floors were protected before anything was carried out, and larger furniture was wrapped properly. I want to say thank you early on because the way the crew handled my piano up to the second floor was impressive and gave me peace of mind.Boxes were not just stacked randomly - they were placed in the exact rooms, which saved a lot of unpacking time. Kitchen cartons went straight onto the counters, bedroom boxes near the closets, and living room items by the wall. The sofa and dining table were positioned with care, and they asked twice if I wanted to adjust them before leaving. A rug was laid under the table before placing it, which avoided lifting again later. By the end of the day, all furniture was reassembled, tightened, and in the right place. Nothing was scratched, no missing screws, and everything looked organized. The move felt steady and professional throughout. I truly appreciate how it was done and will remember the calm way it was managed.

   I had to move my entire office from Philadelphia to California

   I had to move my entire office from Philadelphia to California, and I was really stressed about my client files and delicate electronics. But United Prime Van Lines handled everything like it was their own. They came with all the right materials foam, crates, everything. They even used a special cart for my biggest file cabinet and wrapped my laptop in bubble wrap like it was a treasure. When I got to El Dorado Hills, everything was in perfect condition. No dents, no cracks. They didn’t rush, made sure everything was secure, and even gave me a heads-up about the weight distribution. I had to move a lot of heavy stuff, but they treated it like it was nothing. No issues, no delays. They even helped me set up my desk without a single mistake. I was impressed with how fast they worked and how careful they were.Best movers!

    A Fraudulent Terrible Company waiting to take advantage

    I hired this company for an intrastate movie from Nevada to Springtown Texas. The contract was signed as the binding Bill of Landing on 6-5-25 and the first delivery date was 6-7-25. I have asked continually for updates and have been told that it's illegal to provide them to me. The bill of landing and the company continually told me that my items would be delivered by July 8th at the latest, I have continually asked for updates without any. I reached out again on July 7th and asked if I can expect my items tomorrow and if a crew had been assigned and they said they have no updates and no it hasn’t. A truck may come to load on the 10th but only if it has room. During the process of asking for updates the customer service rep, Molly, and the managed name Yuri, have been extremely rude. I have been spoken to in a very condescending matter, I had left a review and was told by Yuri that customers sign a document stating they will not leave a review and if I don’t remove it then they cant tell me when or how my items will arrive. I asked for a copy of this since I didn’t sign it and they didn’t provide it. I let them know that is against the Consumer Review Fairness Act. He then attempted to make a deal with me which I have the call recorded that states that he will provide me updates on my items and a delivery date and will provide that in writing if I would take my review down. I wanted something in writing first and it was never sent. I called to follow up and received comments from Yuri talking over me and saying there is no updates and making comments about if Bambi was even my real name. I asked to speak with the owner and Yuri said that I couldn’t and he believes that is common sense because you don’t call Amazon and speak to Jeff Bezos. He then hung up on me and I received an email that they will no longer speak to me by phone and only by email. I have asked for updates by email and do not get responses, or if I do I am told you already have that information. I asked for the DOT number and was told to go back and read the contract, it’s in there. I asked for a business license and was told I have the information although I never received that. I asked for a copy of said document that consumers sign about reviews and never received it. This is the most unprofessional, rude, and fraudulent company that I have ever dealt with and they have breached their contract at this point and continue to say they have no updates with no end in sight. I am looking for any help to resolve this and get my items and to help future consumers not use this company. I have copies of the contract, my texts, my emails, and telephone conversation if needed. I have filed a complaint with FMCA and the Consumer Affairs with the State of Florida. If there is any assistance that can be provided to get my belongings, please let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is a very dishonest company that is trying to force customers to not write or remove reviews which is against the law, and they also lie about laws so they don’t have to provide updates. This is a company that should be shut down so that future consumers do not have to deal with their fraud and move to a new state without any belongings or an idea of when they will get them.
