   Great company!!

   I have used United states movers in Miami twice and also recommended them for my sister's move. Everything was smooth. In all three instances; their movers were prompt, efficient and hard workers. I was promised three men for each job, and actually had four for one without incurring any additional charges. Nothing was damaged, not even a nick or a scrape, and all boxes were put into the appropriate rooms. They even offered to set up my bed, something I would have had to do on my own. Not only did they do an excellent job, with everything, you can't beat the price. I would highly recommend this company and I already have for family and friends.

   Lack of communication.

   Moved my Dad from FL to MA, Movers arrived late, price quoted was adjusted up another $200. because we had too my stuff. They were suppose to deliver in 14 days however the place was not ready therefore we postphoned delivery another 7 days, then moving truck had an "accident" so my stuff is in limbo until insurance adjuster looks it over. Mean time no one returns my phone calls and I and just waiting.

   Rip offs

   Made 5 appointments with these guys and no one showed up. Then they called us yesterday and said truck was on its way and we needed cash or they would not pick up! Called over 50 times and just got the run around! Total scammers

   Dishonest company and owners.

   I contracted with US Movers Inc to move from FL to MA on 09/30/11, their truck caught on fire, all my property was destroyed, I did not get anything. US Movers and their owners have refused to honor the 60cent/per pound insurance they are required to carry also, they refuse to refund any money even though they did not deliever any on my things. I have place numerous phone calls and emails and letters to US Movers and I do not get any responses. This company and its owners are dishonest and they should not be allowed to stay in business.

   Irresponible Company.

   My name is Lisbeth Nunez. I moved from Tampa,FL to Boston, MA. After the day they picked up my moving (ON OCTOBER 07, 2011) stuff one week later my husband called them to find out when the moving would come to Boston and the sales representative, named Ivette told my husband that the truck had an accident and we lost everything. Never they haven't called us back to apologize or to explain us what happened. No phone calls, no letters. They are not professional, not responsible and don't know how to assume a problem. It is my worst experience iwt a moving company. Before this moving, I had an experience with MONTI MOVING AND IT WAS EXCELLENT. so, be careful. United States Movers are IRRESPONSIBLE. I want to get my money back but they don't answer the phone. If someone else has the same problem, please let's go join us.
