   Uh. Maze. ING! Every person that I dealt with was great. Communicative, understanding, patient, and informative. They answered my questions promptly and without even an eye roll when I asked about things that were clearly stated in emails I had received. When you move across town you expect some bumps in the road. I have moved many times in my life and this move from Oregon to Germany was by far the smoothest and easiest. This was an absolutely pleasant experience and not one thing in my shipment was broken or damaged. I was very nervous shipping my stuff - you hear so many horror stories. 10/10 would use them again. Thank you to the entire UPakWeShip team, especially Alicia and Elda. You do great work. Thank you!

   Shipped my stuff from San Diego, California to Sydney, Australia. Rates were very reasonable. They delivered a pallet and I packed myself, they came and gathered it all and ensured my larger pictures were added to the pallet safe and securely. They kept in touch with me the whole time, in fact, years later, they are still on my facebook because I don't want to lose them in case I need them again. My stuff arrived in 6 weeks, cleared and all. Amazingly convenient. I only wished they were in Australia, but they aren't just yet, so I had to use another shipping company when I left 4 years later, to my dismay. but if you have anything from Canada, USA, UK, Europe, contact them, they'll take amazing care of you.

   Never use this company.

   Upakweship is the worst customer experience I've ever had. My shipment arrived utterly destroyed. The furniture in it looking like it had been thrown against a brick wall. They didn't take responsibility. Told me that I was WRONG that the shipment had been damaged and then repacked (which it had). The damage to the items is irreparable. They're ruined. So the insurance doesn't even matter. The least they could have done was reimbursed what I paid for not fulfilling their service of delivering my goods safely. Their communication was inconsistent, flaky and borderline rude. Never work with them.
