   Moved my daughter to WI and used this company. The movers worked very fast as they did a full packing job. All her furniture was delivered in great shape.

   Great Moving Company!

   I needed to find a moving company for a move from Chicago, IL to Green Bay, WI. I checked with six different moving companies and found U.S. Movers and Relocation Services. From the start, I was impressed with Zula and felt confident that her company was the right choice. Zula put my mind at ease and explained everything thoroughly. Zula was polite and patient with me as I had many, many questions. She kept in touch with us from the beginning of the move to the end!! On the day of the move, I was worried that things might not work out. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The movers were on time and exceptionally polite. We had a lot to move and the men were hard working and fast moving. We were amazed at how fast the move went. We can't say enough positive things about how professional and kind they were. This was not an easy move as they had two flights of winding stairs. They were incredible!! After the truck was loaded, the men told us the time they would arrive at our destination. They arrived before we did and had begun unloading the truck before we arrived. They moved quickly and efficiently. We did have a few times that we spoke to the movers and they were congenial and we enjoyed talking with them.We were extremely happy with U.S. Movers and Relocation Services. We would recommend then to anyone who is moving. We can't thank them enough!! They made a difficult situation so easy. They are the best!!

   More companies should have service like US Movers and Relocation. I moved from Illinois to Vermont and had the best experince with the move. The movers did a full packing job on all my belongings and everything was delivered safely and in perfect condition. Great job!

   My Nephew used U.S. Movers and Relocation when we moved our furniture back to college in LA. The customer service and movers were very professional. I would definitely use this company again.

   Do Not Hire This Company.

   I went with them because of Zula's promises and lower price. Big mistake on both counts. Here's what happened: Scheduled start at Chicago address: 9 AM. Actual start 10:30 AM. Promised: 4-5 wardrobe boxes. Actual # of wardrobe boxes: none -- driver had to buy at Home Depot (see below). Truck arrived with three men who were exhausted from previous day's job which had gone on until early morning hours. Truck had brake problems so the driver dropped off the two guys and went to pick up replacement truck as well as buy promised wardrobe boxes. He did not return until 2:30! Truck finally loaded at 4:30. Promise: arrival in Milwaukee at 7:30 (they needed to stop and eat, perfectly reasonable). Actual arrival: 8:30. They blamed delay on traffic; I'd just driven the same route -- traffic was light. Crew was energetic but exhausted and not professionally equipped or trained; they also took many, many breaks. To continue the saga, unloading started at 8:30 (in the dark); by 11:30 they were not finished and were taking another of their frequent breaks. My two daughters and son-in-law start carrying boxes just to get things going. Finally finished at 1 AM -- that is correct; 1 AM! Crew complained about both the pick up situation and the drop off . I explained to them that I had told Zula in exact detail what to expect: two-story, four bedroom house with third floor office at the Chicago location, going to a third floor walk up condo in Milwaukee. They started to reassemble futon at 12:20 AM. (making considerable noise) and I said we would do later, but they left with the hardware! The frame can't be reassembled and sits in pieces on the floor. They also bent the interior frame of the sofa bed. I filed a claim -- still waiting for a response nearly four weeks later! Zula said I would be very happy with the move. I was not happy in the least and wished I'd paid the extra money and hired a better mover. And as I said, I am still waiting for my claim to be settled.

    BEWARE - Not able to keep up with business!

    I hired US Movers based on all the good reviews and Zula’s promise of a stressfree move. I’m sure this company was good at one point based on all the reviews, but my experience was an exhausted, overworked crew of movers that cut corners to try and make it to the next job. They finished in mpls at 8:30p and had to move someone the next morning at 7a in Chicago. Over half of my boxes weren’t labeled resulting in boxes in wrong rooms. They tried to leave a third of my items in the garage. I had to open boxes and forcefully direct them to do their job. This is very outside my comfort zone. On top of that, several items weren’t even wrapped resulting in a large damaged custom painting, wrecked grill, shattered art frames and this is not covered by insurance. My brand new floors were scratched and walls nicked and scuffed. I expect some of this during a move, but it was obvious these guys were trying to get the move done as quickly as possible so they could get on to their next job. They told me Zula pushes them really hard and they never have enough people. I reached out to Zula after the move to express my concerns. She never replied. She did eventual reply to follow up email for the insurance claim. Looks like I may get around $100 for all these damages. I believe they’ve outgrown their capacity. Think twice before hiring them. I don’t want anyone to go through what I did.

    To respond to this customers complaint, this customer was not completely upfront with their inventory. When our movers arrived they were shocked that this customer had almost doubled of the household items that customer listed over the phone. The movers were doing a full packing move and this added to the time constraints that if told in the beginning, we would have send additional movers. In essence, we would have sent the man power needed for the actual items if the customer was transparent in the beginning. With regarding to the so called wrecked items, this customer signed off on the contract that there was no damaged to the furniture or boxes. Now with such convenience, this customer complains that there was damage items two weeks later--quite fishy! Lastly, our movers always put blankets and floor protection rollers to protect floors. However, there again was No complaints on the day of the move and nothing was brought to the attention of the movers.
