   Excellent Service.

   We chose USPower Movers after reviewing several quotes for our move  from New Jersey to North Carolina. Their estimate for our 5 bedroom house was competitive with the national companies. We were very  pleased with the service. They  arrived in NC on the date we requested, and were careful with all our belongings. Everything arrived  safely and the crew assembled our beds and tables efficiently and with care. We would recommend US Power Movers .

   Do NOT use the company.

   The owner Alex is completely unprofessional and was completely rude and verbally abusive. Their “quote” was so far from accurate it was a joke..a 700 quote ended at nearly 1,200 and when questioned, he began screaming at the top of his lungs and refused to even let us speak. Then his movers refused to unload the truck without full payment. I have never met a business owner so rude, disrespectful and nasty in my life. Do not use them!!

   Moving.

   If I can put no star I will. This guy Alex is the worst. He quoted me a price and I asked him to come and review the move but he insisted that he know his work and his price is good. When half of the furniture are on the truck. He stops by and double the price.  I had no chose except to pay as I sold my house and need to move. Used their storage and after a month comes the time to move from storage to the new house. Again I have a quote and this guy Alex insisted on having the money cash. Again I got the money that he quoted me in cash. Again he claims people start early and now the $800 move became $1100. Then he demanded payment before unloading the TV's. I said ok. This is $800 cash and the $300 is a check. He refused and did not want to unload my TV's  I had to call the police to fix him up. He is Bad. Be careful.
