   Great Chicago Moving Company.

   The crew of 4 arrived precisely on time, the foreman walked thru each room with me to survey the move. While 2 workers began to move what they could, the other two began wrapping and protecting my breakables. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency with which they operated. No idle time, no loafing at all. Very professional and courteous. What really impressed me was that this was a very hot day, with oppressive humidity, yet they completed the move in far less time than I had estimated. I was very, very pleased and impressed. I was charged fairly for materials such as boxes and tape. The day prior to the move, I was contacted by a rep to confirm the date, time and payment options. I definitely recommend this company!

   Professional moving company.

   Showed up 20 minutes early which is always a plus! The movers worked very fast and incredibly careful. They were very careful about avoiding scratching the walls and furniture. If the boxes/items are labeled, they will stack them in the appropriate locations. I was using another moving company the same day for items in storage and that company was unable to move a couch into the second bedroom so we asked USA Moving and Storage and they were able to do it. If your looking for a professional moving company, we were very impressed by USA Moving and Storage. Price seemed high, but for the quality of work, it was worth it!

   CROOKS

   I HIRED USA MOVING AND STORAGE AND THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE OF 4,000 AND ONCE THEY ARRIVED IT WENT TO 14,000. I GAVE MY INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE FOR THE DOWN PAYMENT OF 1600. WHEN THEY ARRIVED AND TOLD ME MY MOVE WAS GOING TO COST 14,000 I IMMEDIATLY CANCELLED AND I EVEN GAVE THE GUYS A COUPLE HUNDRED FOR SHOWING UP. NOTHING WAS LIFTED OR MOVED AND AS THEY WERE ON THE PHONE WITH THE COMPANY I ALSO GOT ON THE PHONE AND CANCELLED. THE COMPANY STILL TOOKOUT 1600.00 AND MY BANK TRIED TO GET A HOLD OF THEM TO FIND OUT THE REASON THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDNT GET NO RESPONSE. AFTER HOURS OF TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THEM THE GUY THAT I WAS TALKING TO TOLD ME THAT I DID NOT CANCEL AND THAT IT WAS TO BAD THAT I AM NOT GETTING MY M,ONEY BACK. I HAVE HAD THREE TRAGEDIES SINCE I MOVED TO FLORIDA AND THEY HAVE P----D ME OFF SO MUCH THAT I INTEND ON TAKING THEM TO COURT AND THEY WILL HAVE TO COME ALL THE WAY TO KISSIMMEE TO COURT. PEOPLE LET THINGS GO BY AND THATS WHY THEY GET AWAY WITH THINGS LIKE THAT. YOU CALL THEM AND EVERYTHING IS A RECORDING AND THE ONLY WAY I WAS ABLE TO CONTACT SOMEONE IS I CALLED MY BANK AND GOT THE PHONE NUMBER FROM THEM. THE WORKERS AT THE COMPANY ARE ALL RUDE AND DO NOT CARE. I ITEMIZED EVERYTHIMG AND COUNTED THE BOXES AND ALL SO THE QUOTE THEY GAVE ME WAS REASONABLE UNTIL THEY GOT THERE. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ASK YOU WHAT YOU ARE MOVING AND YOU GO IN TO DETAIL AND IT DIDNT MATTER BECAUSE THEIR INTENTION IS TO RAISE THE PRICE ONCE THEY GET THERE. I KNOW ALOT OF PEOPLE WILLJUST AGREE WITH THEM AND PAY IT. I AM NOT ONEOFTHOSE PEOPLE, YOU TELL ME SOMETHING AND SO I EXPECT IT TO BE WHAT YOU QUOTED. THE GUL OF THAT MOVER TO TELL ME OH ITS TO BAD YOUR NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. ONCE IN COURT I AM HOPING THE JUDGE WILL LET HIM HAVE IT AND NOT ONLY AM I SUEING FOR THE MONEY, THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY ALL MY COURT COST AND SOME FOR MAKING ALL MY OTHER CHECKS BOUNCE.THEY WOULD BE BETTER OFF IF THEY WOULD JUST PAY MY 1600.00 THAT THEY TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE RIP OFFS AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR ITEMS. DEBBIE

   Bad.

   Be very careful of the bait and switch. They give an initial low rate and later raise it substantially. I told them that I would completely fill a 26 foot box truck. And I repeated this over and over. The guy kept talking about inventory . The quote was for less then a full truck. I told them that I wanted to cancel and they said I would lose my deposit.I lost $650.00 These guys are crooks.
