   Highly satisfied!

   Our move was on the hottest day we've had this year. Despite the extreme heat, Anthony and his team arrived early with smiles and ready to get the job done right. They were all polite and respectful, carefully handling our boxes and furniture. We didn't have anything damaged or broken over the course of the move. If they were unsure of where items needed to go, they asked. The entire move was done in an extremely organized and efficient manner. I have two small children whom they embraced and treated very kindly. We were impressed with how smooth the whole move went. We highly recommend Van Express!

   I would honestly describe my moving experience with Van express as great and satisfaying.they are professional,on time,fast and really know what they are doing.I recomanded them for two of my friends and I would recomand it for everyone  because they really make it easier.

   This Company Is A Scam

   Everything about this company is fraudulent. We are down in the Houston area and hired Van Express here. Should have known something was wrong when all the contracts have their parent companies- EZ Peasy Movers and Ecobins- names all over them. Only paid those companies! Van Express went bankrupt last October but kept taking our money, never put our household goods in climate controlled storage, their insurance is a complete scam, and never had “professional” anyone moving us. Held my stuff hostage for an additional $5200 even knowing how horrible it all was- boxes were completely open and broken up, items full of black mold and infested with bugs, sooooo many things shattered, and my baby grand piano and dining room table were drug across concrete completely destroying them. I’d say the whole thing looked like monkeys on meth handled all of our furniture.The unloading finished around 11:30pm with the 3 Nigerian men screaming at Adam that he cheated them and he was a liar! My husband had to threaten to call the police before they would leave. This whole experience has been a NIGHTMARE! I even had several things that weren’t mine including dining chairs and a box of fine china- Adam simply found a dumpster and threw all of it away! Since then, they have cut off Adam’s phone, blocked us on all of their phone numbers and somehow hacked my IPhone and deleted all texts between me and the parent company and Adam. Too bad for them I had already made copies. You can bet they haven’t seen the last of us!

   This is the worse moving experience we have had in our lives. Moved from NJ to Florida and ALL my furniture was ruined and packing was atrocious!! Everything was delivered dirty, ruined scratched or bent. Not one piece of furniture came back without a scratch or gash. Complaints fall on deaf ears, nothing is to be done besides the damage they did to the actual houses!! Please save yourself from a nightmare. Oh!! And the reviews on their website???? All fake, they are posted by the ppl that work there or their relatives!!!

   Worst packing ever!

   Worst experience ever they showed up late. They worked extremely slow. I have them packed my kitchen. That was a waste of money and I’m missing stuff. Two emails to the office and no response My real estate agent actually help pack the moving truck. They did not even pack their truck correctly. My mattresses were strapped to the outside of the truck. When we got to my purchase, they just put all the boxes in the middle and they couldn’t even get the furniture in and it was not even placed correctly.

   Stay Away from Van Express

   This company caused over $1000.00 to our possessions, lost a number of items and would not stand behind their work. They told us that our possessions would be stored in a climate controlled warehouse. They actually used a public storage unit. They are cheap for a reason, they are a lousy moving company.

   Horrible experience

   This moving experience was a total nightmare. The moving company is a train wreck. the damage they did is extensive. Broke the handle off the armoire, scratches in the bedroom and dining room furniture, scratched and gouged two BRAND NEW BAMBOO floors, broke a recliner, broke one of the drawers in the bedroom nightstand, had my couch laying on it side, material down uncovered. If it were not for my son and son-in-law, who helped the 4 movers, I do not know what I would have done. Two of the movers took constant water and cigarette breaks. At the home they moved me from, I had to do all the clean up of garbage thrown around every room. And now dealing with them to get compensated for all the damage is another nightmare. DO NOT EVEN consider using this company. I am so sorry that I did.
