Cost far exceeded their estimate.
Their estimate for the job was $1295. The final bill was over $3,000! They made various excuses for the excessive billing, and most of these were untruthful. I made a formal complaint to the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Agency. They did investigate, but the company president would not admit to any inappropriate activity. The case is being turned over to the Massachusetts Attorney's office.
