   Terrible Company

   This company is abusive in its ways. They delivered extremely poor service. They did not show up on time per our contract, days late actually. They forced me to pay the remaining balance under duress days before the rest of my items actually arrived. I was promised a credit but they have been radio silent on answering emails (over 20) and MGMT refuses to speak over the phone. They didn't even respond to the BBB complaint submitted, I can only imagine because they didn't want to lie in writing and they had no argument for my complaint. Below is the email I have been requesting they answer for months and over dozens of emails. All, The purpose of this email is to inform Vector Moving of the following: 1.) Obtain contact information (email and phone) for the Vector Moving Supervisor or President in charge (Johnny or otherwise). Repeated requests for contact information have not been fully addressed. 2.) Inform Vector Moving that I reluctantly signed the agreement and paid the remaining balance under duress. Contradictory to information communicated at the time of booking, I was told by the subcontractor delivering part of my belongings that he was not able to unload the truck without full payment as per his orders from Vector Moving. 3.) Request a full refund in the amount of $5,850.00, not including the damages. 4.) Notify Vector Moving that our own belongings (bedding) were used by the movers to wrap furniture and electronics of ours without our consent. a. A décor rug was used to wrap wooden furniture b. A bedspread was used to wrap a floor mirror c. A TV was not packed in a TV box; it was thrown into a box surrounded by bedding and the box was not closed
