   Great movers across the board. What we really liked is the app they gave us, that was literally for our specific move at booking. We read all the horror stories on line, about under quoting, poor service, things broken, missed dates and time lines whether at pick up, or delivery. Each company we looked at, if it wasnt one thing they did wrong it was another. This app literally mapped out all the different points of the move where people complain or have problems, So we knew what to expect going into it, but even better, it was almost like at each stage, we had to confirm it was done right and they did too. From the price we were quoted, all the way to delivery, there was verifi ation checkpoints for each step of the move. We went with them for that reason and sure enough at each stave we confirmed the confirmed. Great service.

   Better than Perfect

   Great movers all around in my experience. The quote is exactly what I paid. The movers were on time and professional. All of items were handled with care and incurred no damages to ANYTHING. Which I was impressed by because even I've broken an item or two whenever I've moved myself. They were respectful and kind to my family. I mean it doesn't really get much better than that. I don't usually write a positive review just because someone did their job right. But I was so surprised, I felt obligated, because there isn't anything better than perfect last time I checked.

   I guess it’s called a “Rescue Move.” But I paid another company who promised me a better quote and on move day, no one showed up. If that was enough they charged me a second time for bringing more stuff, only to never show. I called Veteran Van Lines the same day, they had a mover there, and they did it for the same price that they originally quoted me on, and passed for the cheaper one. And they warned me but rather than rubbing it in my face or gouge me on the price they honored the original quote. Life Savers!!!

   Great People

   Not our first long distance move. Definitely our first Successful move. With all the stressed involved, and a previous experience gone wrong. What a relief it was to find a company that actually cares and puts the CUSTOMERS first, not so common these days.

   We had a total of 4 movers. All clearly professionals. We were a little nervous at first, but that lasted all of about 5 Minutes. These gentlemen were so kind, and understanding. After we completed our intitial walk through, my husband and I sat back and watched in disbelief. These men moved with such gracefulness, as they took apart our furniture and loaded our home. They took extra care with the pieces we asked, and scheduled our delivery. Delivery came, right on time, and they put everything back together, right in it's new place. Highly recommend Veteran Van Lines.

   Great Guys

   I've been around a while and seen a lot of movers in my day, by Far the Best I've ever used!! Planning a cross country move can be exhausting, and I think most, including myself, don't even realize all that goes into it. I was quite impressed to see that they had even created a checklist for me, so that I could stay organized and on time.

   Veteran Van Lines has..b ​a great team of professionals, and I am so thankful. After several quotes, I received a call from Veteran, and they were far from the cheapest quote I got equally as far from the most exlensive. But as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." So if I could offer anyone my advice, don't just look at the price tag. Don't get me wrong, price is important , but in the end. I'm glad we ended up with Veteran because they really know their stuf

   We had already employed a mover for our out of state move. Recieved countless phone calls from what appeared to be an endless list of companies. We were a little worried because it seemed like no matter who we choose, there was some form of negative review one way or the other. In the end the mover we hired never showed up, and wouldn't return our calls. Frantically scurrying we reached out to Veteran Van Lines. They were by no means the cheapest quote we got, but as our orginal rep. Had explained. The cost of shipping is pretty much the same across the board. In the end, this will be your cost, the only difference between us and them is that we are up-front about it. Other than that you might find a disparity of a couple hundred bucks, and that's just a matter of who your mover employs. Weather they use professional movers or hire day laborers. Its unfortunate that we had to make a wrong turn before finding our way. But so grateful that Veteran Van Lines was still able to help, even on such sbort notice. Thank You!!!

    Excellent Service

    Veteran Van Lines was amazing, they were very helpful and kind. I was sure I was gonna do the move myself until I heard their price and I just could not refuse. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move!
