   Fraud.

   They also call themselves "movers norfolk". They were extremely unprofessional I don't know the name of anybody I spoke with. I called twice prior to my move to make sure everything was good to go and both times they said they'd call back and I ended up having to. The day of the move they tried to rush the process and they couldn't even get my couch out of my apartment! The only reason I wanted movers was for my bed and couch! Everything else was simple. They could barely understand English and they still ended up charging the minimum fee of $296 when they couldn't even complete the job. They left without screwing all of my bed back together and didn't bother telling me. I ended up getting some friends to move the couch out and rent my own truck and when I informed the movers they said they'd call back. It's been 4 days and everyday I've had to call them to get some sort of progress and there has been nothing. They are a nightmare and extremely unprofessional. The reviews online looked good but they must've done them themselves because I don't possibly see how anyone would give them anymore than 2 stars.
