   Horrible Company.

   Absolutely the worst service we have ever received from a delivery company. Multiple scheduled deliveries always weeks and weeks out leaves us at month five and we still have not received the furniture. Quality of furniture was addressed by the furniture company but the issue is with the delivery company WDI that delivers for Z Gallerie. They either don't show up or arrive in the time not scheduled and then leave. So much time wasted so much stress, damage to the house even from one of the times they arrived! They did address this but that in itself took weeks. We ask them to pre inspect the furnture so they don't waste their time and ours with driving up and delivering. Once they arrive, it's the same song- oh we have to reorder, or Oh we will be back tomorrow we have to fix this, then they don't even call! Next thing we know, they reordered AGAIN and we must wait another month. Customer service on the phone schedules the wrong times, not courteous, not polite, very rude remarks and comments. Do not hire this company for your move, they will either damage your home or waste your time.
