   We Serve, Spokane WA.

   Workers arrived on time in one group ready to work. They hustled and finished unloading two vans in 4.5 hours in spite of the heat. Got to 95 that day. Guys worked really hard, listened to the majority 98% of the instructions, did not break anything, and were pleasant. This is a veteran owned business who hires other veterans and family members of veterans.

   Damage to property.

   My significant other contracted We Serve to move her 1 bedroom apartment household goods into my house. The movers showed up on time, loaded her furniture into the truck and met her at my house. Neither one of the movers were veterans but did ok moving her into my house. I had an existing couch and love seat that I wanted moved upstairs. The 2 gentlemen proceeded to move the couch upstairs with the legs still attached. They gouged my handrail, broke the drywall on the ceiling and put a hole in the bedroom door, all before I could intervene and take the legs off the couch. The movers were professional but didn't know the first thing about moving furniture. I took pictures and contacted the owner Kirk Brown. He stated that he would call me back in a few days to discuss. He eventually called back and we had a discussion with the movers. He sided with his workers and refused to hear about the damage they had done. I would not hire this company to move your belongings. They claim to be professional but professional is the last word that comes to mind with this company. I retired as an Army Colonel after 30 years of service and I know this is not how a veteran owned company is supposed to treat people that they hire to do business for them.
