   Moving

   Westcan Moving was outstanding. Adam and the movers were efficient, accommodating and friendly. They needed less time than we expected. I would highly recommend their services. Also, they took a number of furniture pieces (left here by previous owner) and disposed of them, saving us a trip to the recycling depot.

   From start to finish the experience we had with Westcan exceeded our expectations. Its a stressful time to move and Adam and his team worked with us every step of the way. Absolutely zero damage to our old home and new one and the guys were pleasant and polite with our kids while hustling boxes back and forth.    An enjoyable move.

   Adam and his crew made a typically highly stressful event reasonably enjoyable. They were clearly professional and courteous. In addition they were also very quick and very cautious. Most importantly, they were cheerful and cooperative during both the loading and the unloading stages. I highly recommend them.

   Cross province move.

   Adam and his team were amazing! We contacted them with short notice and they were able to organize our move within our preferred dates. The team that loaded were excellent, they came in and got everything done in great time. They were extremely helpful and professional. The team that unloaded on the other side of the province was also great, they got everything unloaded and placed where we wanted very quickly. I can’t say enough great things about them, very professional & polite, all around an excellent experience.

   Two moves.

   We used Adam and his movers for two moves in two months. The team used extreme care in the way that they wrapped and protected every single piece of furniture. They treated both our belongings and the residence with respect. We had vintage furniture which was moved twice with no damage. They were speeding and got the job done in a very short period of time. I was so impressed the first time that I use them again the second time and I would use them again.

   A lot of damage.

   I truly regret having chosen Westcan to do our move. Adam White, the owner, PROMISED me that they would take care of our belongings but the reality was different. We had a lot of damage with many items completely destroyed. I paid for insurance but the insurance is ignoring my claim. They haven't denied it, they just won't process it. It has been three months now since the move and I am out of pocket not only the nearly $7000 that I paid Canwest but the additional $3600 I have to spend to repair and replace the damaged and destroyed items. This has been so aggravating and it could have been avoided if I hadn't placed my trust in Westcan and Adam White.

   Lots of damage.

   Staff was polite but more supervision should have been given. Lots of damage. TV screen broken, 4 pictures broken (paid Westcan to pack), scratches and dents in furniture, floor lamp broken. Light bulbs were removed from all lamps and disappeared. Integrity of movers questionable as they did not point out or own up to the broken items, we found most of them after they left. Was extremely disappointed in this service. B Whitear- Abbotsford.
