   We moved from Duncan BC to Regina SK.

   Patrick and his team did an excellent job. Delivery was at the exact time stated. The team were very fast in unloading the truck and were very considerate and polite. Patrick was very thorough and eager to please. He handled any issues in a very professional manner. Any issues when unpacking the moving boxes were dealt with speedily. We would highly recommend using him and his team.

   We just moved from Sooke BC back to our home town of Winnipeg. Patrick Lebeau and his team were excellent. Took care of all of all belongings. Date that he quoted that our belongings were to be delivered was June 5/2021 at 8:00 am. Showed up at 7:59 am. Patrick and his team were professional, kind. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends in a heartbeat. So if you need movers be sure to request Patrick. Believe me you won’t be disappointed. Thank you: Rob and Shawna Goodison.

   Great service!

   The crew showed up and did a great job, arriving right when they told us they would. The crew seemed knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor which made us feel very at ease. They took great care of our things and wrapped everything in our home, just like our salesperson Paul told us they would. As for the price, it came in a couple hundred bucks higher than the estimate, but that likely had something to do with our new furniture we had purchased after our estimate was done. Overall we were VERY happy and I would recommend these guys to anyone :).

   Great Experience.

   I was really impressed with this company!  Everything was picked up and delivered on time and in the same shape as they picked it up.  The team that arrived on move day was very professional and the seemed to know exactly what they were doing.  They padded all our furniture in the house and wrapped all the sofas just like our sales person told us they would.   All said and done, I got my final charges and they were a little less than I was quoted.  My wife was very happy, so in turn that makes me happy :) .

   Unprofessional racist crew member

   Experience with this company was horrible after one of their employees was trying to stop me from checking their work and uttered racial slurs. After the bunk bed was assembled by them I noticed that the ladder was not secured properly and employee took offence that I was checking and trying to fix the issue myself. He did not offer to fix it himself and insisted on telling me that its installed properly and that I dont know anything about installing beds. I told him not to worry about it and that Im taking full responsibility of fixing the bed as I'm concerned for the safety of my kids. He walked away and cursed at me to his co-workers. He came back multiple times and spoke to me in a condescending way at which point I told him to stop being negative because its affecting everyone's morale and to let me check the bed alone. He got extremely upset and got in my face and started yelling and cursing at me so I told him to leave the house. On his way out his final words were "Go back to where you came from". I am a visible minority and this behavior is unacceptable. After they left I finally got a chance to check the bed just to find as I initially suspected it was not installed properly. Had anybody tried to climb or sleep on the top bunk it would have collapsed. Two of the screws were put in oversized holes and just left there not holding anything. I assume that individual was trying to stop me from checking just so I dont find that out. One of the other beds was missing a lot of hardware to put it together as well. I am not sure in what world an employee would go into a customers house and tell them what they can and can't do. I am a very calm and understanding person and I hate confronation but I was disrespected multiple times in my own home not to mention that every second word out of that individuals mouth was a curse no matter what the topic was. I'm glad my wife and kids weren't home at the time to have to listen to him. I hope this gets dealt with accordingly. It really only takes one bad apple to ruin a company's reputation.

   Driver and Rig

   The driver parked his 18-wheeler in front of my house all afternoon, idling, air brakes releasing every 10 mins, without the simple courtesy of notifying me. Driveway blocked, I had to call an ambulance for my heart attack and they couldn't even get near my driveway - took me across my neighbours lawn on a stretcher - no driver ever seen, who was even moving in my neighbourhood? (no one), and he was still there 4 hours later when my wife came home from work.

   Worst service EVER.

   We used this company to set up a bed I had purchased from west elm. Screws were missing, things weren’t properly aligned, I think the whole bed might be beyond repair. I can’t explain my frustration and avoid this place at all costs.

   Western Moving.

   NEVER EVER HIRE WESTERN MOVING AND STORAGE!! We hired and used Western Moving for our move. When they delivered our contents to our new home there were so many items with substantial noticeable damages; well it was heartbreaking. Filing a claim with the company was a even bigger insult after they unloaded our property. 120$ was their offer! For thousands of dollars of damages to solid marble tables, chrome, wood and glass furniture, along with rips and deep scuffs in the leather furniture pieces. NEVER would I suggest using this company for any move or storage. Very sloppy careless movers and extremely unprofessional. How this company has a A rating on the BBB is unbelievable. DO NOT EVER HIRE AND USE WESTERN MOVING AND STORAGE!!

   Disgusting service.

   Whatever you do, do not ever use this company - like in ever! You will not have the worst experience in your life like when you use this low-class company. Everything about them is horrible. How they can still be in business is beyond me! I have dealt with many moving companies in my life but this company is the worst you will ever come across. There is not one area in which they are good or trustworthy. Everything about them is below standard.
