Sales pitch did not match actual service
Sales pitch was my belongings would arrive in approximately 56 days. 120 days later and I’m still waiting and all I get is they are not responsible for the shipping lines delivery. Was told it would travel from Europe direct to Cape Town. Instead, my container changed three ships, took a stop in Ghana and added on an extra month and a half to this incredible journey. Not what I signed up for or agreed to. No repercussions for the moving company who did not uphold their side and have our things delivered as agreed. Surely they choose what shipping line to go with? What a waste of my money and the way my family and I have been living without our furniture and kitchenware has been awful. Worst service ever and paid upfront for this.
