I booked Go2Movers several days in advance through HireAHelper for an upcoming move. After receiving no communication from the company, I called the owner, David, myself to confirm the appointment. He immediately texted asking who was calling, but after I explained that I had an upcoming booking and simply wanted confirmation, he stopped responding.
I followed up again the next day and made it clear that I needed confirmation or I would have to hire another company. I still received no response.
Moving is stressful enough without having to wonder whether the movers you hired are actually going to show up. I ultimately canceled the booking and hired another company because I couldn’t risk waiting any longer. A simple confirmation would have been all that was necessary. Extremely disappointing communication and customer service.
