Hired them to move an office. Paid $1000 in advance. They would only book on a Sunday because the husband works during the week. Then they cancelled less than a half an hour before the scheduled move. I didn’t hear from them for 2 days and when I finally did, I was told they would be there “first thing in the morning.” They showed up around 2:00 pm and when I complained about timeliness, instead of apologizing, they abandoned my stuff downstairs and they took off. I did not receive a refund of the $1000 I paid them. Horrible customer service. Horrible reliability. Horrible professionalism. I do not recommend!
