Stole my husbands drill.
6/1/19 They did show up on time. But Thomas (the owner) took my husband's drill out of his tool bag without asking to take apart the beds. By the way, you start with 6 or 7 guys to take apart and load the truck, but only 3 go to the next location. So they went to put the beds back together and realized that Thomas still had my husbands drill. He admitted he had it, but to date never returned it. No phone call nothing. I texted him a few times and he finally answered me (only when I said I noticed you read my text). Thomas said that one of his guys were suppose to return the day before he will take care of everything. They also broke he screw to one of the backs of the couch and they broke a my lamp. They never even put the backs to couches back on even when my husband told them. I had used them before, but never again. They stole from us and that is the worst thing any mover could do to you. Don't use them. And if you do, Hide your tools.
