   Fantastic best Ive used

   Speak to Paul he was fantastic. Used him Feb 2025. Communication was great. We booked our provisional date in well in advance and he reguarly checked how we were getting on and reassured us the date was fixed in diary etc. They packed up the day before and morning, no stress was proper chilled even on day when I was freaking out that it was like nearly 4pm and we still hadn’t completed. Team was all ‘relax we will stay till we get the job done’… etc etc. All packing materials were supplied and even offered to come and collect empty boxes for free after Spot on and great price!

   Exceptional Service.

   Paul and the team were absolutely excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and the guys thoroughly knew their job. Nothing was damaged and they were friendly and professional. They even unplumbed the tumble dryer and fitted it at the new house. The quote given on the day was the price we paid, there were no hidden 'add on's' that you get with some firms. Would definitely use them again, totally recommend them!

   House Removal Company.

   Paul and his team were exceptional when we moved house a couple of weeks ago in Cheslyn Hay. Very careful with our items and furniture too - and I am genuinely OCD about scratches, knocks etc. They went the extra mile and were exceptional value for money (we had received four quotes). Paul who runs the business was present every day. Nothing was too much trouble and they dismantled and reassembled beds and wardrobes not even in the quote. All of them were genuine stars. Do not go anywhere else when you move - just call Paul and his brilliant team! Bev and Chris, Cheslyn Hay.

   Moving house

   Paul's team packed the van and Paul turned up as they were finishing. Nice bunch of guys on the morning. Finished at 11.30. He asked if he could pop and do another little job whilst I was waiting for my keys. I told him of course, so long as my stuff was at my new residence by 2pm which I thought was very generous of me. I received my keys at 11.50 and phoned him 3 times to see where he was. He finally turned up at 4.30pm. Different set of guys. They just dumped the stuff anywhere and left obviously in a hurry. I was In a total mess. He had to come back on the Sunday to "repair" damage done to a £2000.00 wardrobe. It was still a mess! Since then I have found they had broken several things and even hidden one of them wrapped in one of his blankets. I feel dissapointed and let down by his company. I may as well have hired a van and have friends do it with me. i thought being a pensioner i was doing right. I was wrong.

   Un Packing Service

   I paid an extra £300 for this "service" and it was a rip off. All my files were packed and nicely labelled as to where they went in the filing cabinets, but they were all put in any old order and even the wrong way around. The television stand was put together the wrong way round and upside down and part of it is missing. It isn't enough to be pleasant people but you need an efficient professional service. I am 80 years of age and that is why I paid for his service that wasn't worth a penny.
