   I can't say enough about how pleased I was with how Stephan and his team handled my move. They arrived on time, got straight to work and got the job done more quickly than I expected. They are professional, polite and hard-working. Shannon in the office was also great. She was very accommodating with some special requests and was very efficient and nice to deal with. They all made my move a positive experience.

   Moving Company Review.

   56 household goods were damaged in our move. Paid for Full Value Protection to cover transit-related damage. Took photos of all damaged goods as proof. After filing claim, we were informed that you must retain all items(photos are not proof) so we only received settlement for damaged items that we kept.For most companies, photos are sufficient proof. Not this company! Read the fine print! Movers did not do enough to protect our floors, walls and staircases which resulted in property damage. Movers were notified and papers were signed on move-in day documenting the damage. They denied doing any damage( except scuffing up a wall) and 11 months later refuse to take responsibility. We were told to file a claim with our homeowners insurance. My reason for giving them one star. I attribute it to just plain carelessness and overworked and tired employees who just don’t care about my prized possessions!
