   Awful uninsured moving company.

   College UNeducated movers broke/damaged/scuffed just about all our furniture during a September 2020 move from a one bedroom apartment. Please see the pictures as they speak for themselves. Two young guys with a rented truck showed up completely unprepared, lacking in care and grossly negligent. Not enough blankets to cover furniture and zero disregard for our belongings. This company is UNINSURED and they have no official place of business. It’s not too far from being a scam and I fully intend on pursuing legal action against them despite a full refund of my move. At the end of the move one of the movers had the gall to tell me he’s sorry and that his partner is just “clumsy.” I urge you to look elsewhere for your move so as to avoid the horrendous experience my wife and I had to endure.

   Stolen Goods.

   I used College Educated Movers based on reviews that I read and I knew someone who worked for their company a few years ago. Everything was going fine with my move and the main mover was very nice. The moved seemed to go a bit long as they were taking long breaks but it was their last move of the day and it was very hot so I accept that fact. I started to un pack all my goods a day or so after my move and I realized that about 3 pairs of my shoes were missing. The mover the entire time was commenting on how much he liked my sneakers and I didn't really worry about him stealing them. After I noticed this fact I called the company and they never responded back. So I wrote them an email to which they responded back later that day and said they would find out more information. They have not gotten back to me after a week from their first response. I am just looking for any sort of answer as I assume 2 weeks after the move my shoes are long gone and wont be returned or if they are they wont be in the same condition at the time of the move. If the company were to give me compensation that would be great or if they would just let me know that the movers have had actions against them based on this. That would be good to know that they wont be causing this issue for others in the future.
