   Horrendous Service.

   I just had a cross country move with Fisher N. American of Hamburg, NY. To sum up this experience as horrendous is understatement. Besides a damaged box spring, broken glass shelves to a curio china & scuff marks on our leather sofa, they lost up to 4-5 boxes. There were walls put up between each load to separate each persons belongings on the trailer yet somehow belongings were either commingled or stolen. Upon pick-up, an Allied van line truck showed up & I was told no big deal, it was part of the same company. It would have been nice to have been told that. Fisher seems to be more of a broker than a mover. The inventory sheets filled out by the driver are totally messed up with descriptions not matching inventory numbers and most of the descriptions not being filled out. In fact the driver left one sheet labeled pg 4 behind at the house. Yet he filled out another inventory form labled pg 4. The mover delivered an air mattress to us that is not ours. When I called Greg Willard, (sales) & Barb, (office) I felt total blown off w/pat answers that I should call Claims. Basically, we have been paid, you're on your own. I highly do not recommend using this company. Follow up service w/claims & tracing has been a nightmare. I am so sorry we hired this company. They are the worst. I do not recommend.
