Optimal movers were professional moving our apartment.
Optimal movers are great professional movers moving us within Los Angeles. Movers came on time,moved everything fast and safe. It took almost whole days since we had fully furnished 2 br apartment with stairs and lots of stuff. But they worked non stop. We had very big bedroom set with mirrors,movers took apart all parts wrapped with blankets,put all bed together at the new place. Off course. They got their deserved tips at the end. We will recommend Optimal movers to all who need moving services. They rock!

damaged all of my furniture
They seemed great at first a couple of weird things happened during the move. They used my personal packing tape, they put packing tape on furniture, and I told them to not do that. They disassembled a small Ikea table - no reason. Cut to I start to clean the furniture post move and find damage. Damaged pretty much everything, my desk, soft leather headboard, costanza, scratches on everything. I contact the mover about their insurance and no response for a week. Post a yelp review they contact me and ask how much the damage is. I told them I want a refund. They say they will get back to me. Then I follow up a few days later and they tell me that the furniture was scratched before. Yeah of course they do. ZERO accountability for their poor work. Poor service and crap moving job.
