   ABSOLUTELY USELESS

   NEVER USE PARCEL MONKEY! I have no idea where to begin. Sent a pair of pro audio expensive speakers £350 i first checked they were not on the restricted list, it said they were permitted. 2 days later my customer has complained nothing arrived & tracking stated they were returned to southampton because restrcited item. 7 days on & not a single straight answer from PM just basic robot replies stating I HAD TO COLLECT MY ITEMS FROM SOUTHAMPTON or they will be disposed of, WHAT? this whole episode has cost me a fortune, lost my sale and caused huge amounts of stress. Customer service is useless they cannot even answer my question 8 days on as to why they decided they were restricted its like talking to a wall.

   USE OTHER PROVIDERS - Got to be one of the worst customer experiences I have unfortunately been part of. I sent a parcel back in April which was never delivered, I was told by PM that the item has been destroyed by the courier company due to damage to the parcel by the courier company and then this was changed to lost when they realised they would need to pay-out, shambles springs to mind. I will be using Parcel2go going forward, I have never had an issue with them and PM clearly don't care about customer experience, only care about revenue!

   Parcel Monkey Disgusting.

   What an absolute disgrace of a company They lost my item and gave me 7 days to produce a receipt or they wouldn't pay me. I was unable to obtain the receipt in that time due to the company I bought from being closed due to Covid so I had to wait for an email back confirming purchase. Parcel Monkey told me I was too late and the case is closed!!

   Rude, unhelpful and they do not have the job done.

   I used Parcel Monkey to move my staff from London to Milan, my experience was terrible. They worked with an Italian company that treated me with racism, they lost my staff they returned them back in UK without notice, they left separately boxes to neighbors and it took me one month and a half to find all my boxes in London! They don't reply and they are rude! I have spent money for this and now I have to spend more to fly back to UK and reorganize everything!
