   Costly Decision.

   Worst experience ever! We hired them trying to support local a family business, which are also more affordable; however, this time was a very costly decision for us, not only in terms of money, but also in terms of time, effort and stress. Since the beginning it was a nightmare. We packed everything in a very protected way, except a couple large pieces. During the evaluation visit the owner insisted that we did a wonderful work, and we didn't need to do more preparing this big pieces since his team would wrap them in a professional way. They are not professionals. The problems piled up since the beginning: they arrived late, the workers take turns to disappear.. they tried to fit everything in a small truck (for a 3-bedroom move). not enough pads, etc. So at the end of the day we had most of our furniture scratched, couple of them broken, ceramic in pieces, etc. The owner compensated us for the damage with 30% of the maximum moving estimate, and we were OK with that, and not planning on making a public review. However, a couple of days after, we realized that the most valuable piece we had (an original painting) was stolen! and we were not able to get it back. That forced us to make this public review.
