   USA Moving.

   1) Original binding agreement per contract $1245.00, final charge $1900.00 2) Told at time of pick-up by driver that if I gave him a substantial tip, he could lower the cost 3) When I tried to speak to USA Moving customer service, was told to either pay full amount or they would keep my furniture 4) Was informed at time of contract, items would be delivered by 10/30. Called on 10/30 to confirm delivery and was told I needed to call driver and given cell phone number. For 3 days, no answer from driver 5) Upon unpacking, discovered items missing (3 fishing poles, fishing net, and shelf of bookcase. Also had broken lamps and a broken table. After numerous calls, confirmed in December that items were located and I would receive call back within 48hrs of delivery method. No returned calls and latest conversation on 2/8/16, told items could not be located. Again promised return call from manager. No return call and latest conversation with dispatch, told "I don't know any manager's schedule, so your guess is as good as mine as to when they will be in office.".

   Lack of Integrity-Bogus Contract.

   My Agent Cassiah on pickup was professional, prompt, and honorable. However, Mike, Jennifer, and others were very unsatisfactory, I called several companies, all bidding for my interstate move business. I told Jennifer I wouldn't be in FL til Mon, March 9. They arrived 4 days earlier, threaten to put my stuff in Miami, or storage then I would have to pick it up myself, pay for storage, and find my own team to delivey. Mike told me I could call UCC, Business Bureau, etc. My Husband took over, and they told him the 30 day storage clause in the contract didn't apply; which they promised storage if they arrived early, and they promised no delivery bef March 9. I started to cancel the 2nd check given them not paid by the bank. Thus, I am ethical so I chose to write this review. They were UNETHICAL, HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. My bed rails, hedboard crown, and a few boxes MISSING! I called they claimed nothing left on the truck or warehouse. DON'T USE USA MOVING SERVICE!
