   Great job moving us

   1st Movers Corp did a phenomenal job. Mo and his team were great. Very courteous and careful with our items. I would recommend them to anyone. They wrapped everything individually, and took the time to be very careful with the valuables we had.

   Helpful and patient!

   I live in South Florida and had to plan a very last minute, impromptu move for my mom from Washington State to Georgia. 101 Movers was able to accommodate our timeline even though we booked it less than a week before moving day. They were communicative, prompt, courteous, and VERY patient and gracious considering they (and myself) walked into a situation in my mom’s apartment that we were completely unprepared for! They worked with us on time and were very reasonable with the necessary price change when the job went way over schedule and space originally planned for! Highly recommend for a cross country move!

   ⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give zero stars, I would. We never chose 101 Movers. We hired another moving company, only to discover our move had been subcontracted to them. Had we known that from the beginning, we would have canceled immediately. This move was a masterclass in how not to treat customers. Our quoted pricing changed. We were pressured to make payments through Zelle. We were told our belongings would not be delivered unless additional payment was made. Our furniture and personal property arrived with extensive damage. Communication was inconsistent while they had possession of everything we owned and virtually disappeared once delivery was complete. Perhaps the most concerning part was learning that the representative Alexandra we dealt with identified herself as being with American Van Lines, despite actually working for 101 Movers. We have recorded communications regarding those representations. None of these statements are speculation. We have photographs of the damage, payment records, text messages, delivery paperwork, and recorded phone calls documenting what occurred. Moving is already one of the most stressful events a family can experience. Instead of professionalism, transparency, and accountability, we were met with confusion, shifting information, damaged belongings, payment disputes, and silence once the job was finished. We are pursuing every available remedy, including complaints with the appropriate regulatory agencies and claims for our damaged property. Entrusting a company with everything you own requires trust. Based on our experience, that trust was completely misplaced.
