   If I could give 0 stars, I would. If I could give negative 1 million stars, I would. We used Frontier Moving Solutions as the broker for our move with 5 Diamond Moving. After our experience, I called Frontier Moving, let them know the experience we had, and let them know they should not be outsourcing this company to their customers if they wanted to keep a clean reputation. The lady I spoke with was kind, took my information, gave me the directions in filing a claim, said she would follow up with me, still has yet to call me back, so I will have to reach out to her. I am writing to formally document my experience with 5 Diamond Moving and Storage Inc., located in Las Vegas, Nevada. What was promised as a professional moving service quickly devolved into a chaotic, dishonest, and deeply frustrating ordeal. From the outset, the company demonstrated gross negligence. The moving truck was packed haphazardly, with heavy items placed on top of lighter, fragile ones—resulting in damage that could have easily been avoided with basic care. Despite assurances, the company outsourced labor through Craigslist. The hired helper never arrived, and we—the paying customers—were forced to assist with the move ourselves, sacrificing our time, safety, and energy. Furniture reassembly, which was part of the agreement, was never completed. We were left to handle it ourselves. Communication throughout the process was virtually nonexistent. The dispatcher was rude, dismissive, and unreachable. Calls and texts went ignored during critical moments of the move. To make matters worse, the company raised the price after the move had already begun. This bait-and-switch tactic is unethical, manipulative, and unacceptable. The company currently holds a C- rating with the Better Business Bureau, is not verified by the U.S. Moving Protection Organization, and has no active profile on MoveAdvisor. Consumers are explicitly warned to use this company at their own risk. While 5 Diamond Moving and Storage Inc. is registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (DOT #4031559, MC #1523304), this bare-minimum compliance does not excuse its lack of integrity or accountability. This company failed on every front—logistics, communication, honesty, and basic customer service. I strongly urge others to avoid this business. Moving is stressful enough without being subjected to deception, negligence, and broken promises. Choose a mover that respects your time, your property, and your trust. 5 Diamond Moving and Storage Inc. is not that company. To date: My husband works from home, but they still have his expensive desk in storage, with no date when it will be taken out of storage, placed on a truck, to begin its journey to our house. Every time I call, there is an excuse or "call back tomorrow" answer. I believe it is time for our lawyer to get involved. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY!!!!    Experience with Amerisafe and 5 Diamond Moving & Storage I recently used Amerisafe to broker my move with 5 Diamond Moving & Storage, a company I had not heard of prior to their notification of the contract. Although I had concerns about moving over a holiday weekend, I agreed to adjust my moving date at their request.Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Key Issues Faced: Understaffing:The moving team arrived severely understaffed for the size of my home and the volume of items to be packed. During a coordinating call with the onsite foreman, I was promised additional staff, but this turned out to be a single inexperienced day laborer.Significant Cost Increases:I was charged over 37% more than the initial quote due to various add-ons, including additional cubic footage that exceeded the truck’s capacity and contracted supplies that were not provided. According to federal regulations and my contract, any disputes over additional charges were supposed to be resolved before they loaded my items onto the truck, a protocol that was not followed.Subpar Packing Quality:Having moved every five years for work and military assignments, I can confidently say that the packing service provided by 5 Diamond was the worst I have ever encountered. They used oversized boxes that were often only partially filled to maximize their billing for packing materials, which led to additional charges beyond the estimate.Discrepancies in Delivery:The delivered items did not reconcile with the signed bill of lading, which listed over 143 items. The most frustrating aspect was that many items were left unpacked or not loaded onto the truck due to space constraints, largely resulting from their poor packing techniques and wasteful use of packing materials.Lack of Resolution for Disputed Charges:When I attempted to discuss the disputed charges, the moving company immediately referred the issue to their legal team, refusing to have a constructive conversation.Conclusion: The service I received from Amerisafe and 5 Diamond Moving & Storage was far below acceptable standards and reflects a lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against using a moving broker and recommend booking directly with a reputable moving company that you can thoroughly research and verify through reviews. In summary, I would not recommend working with 5 Diamond Moving & Storage. I would not even trust them to be able to walk my dog let alone handle a interstate move.

   Absolutely WORST Moving Co

   Move from Mesa, Arizona to Pahrump, Nv. They deserve a 0 rating?❗️❗️These are absolutely the worst movers❗️❗️ They will do anything to increase your moving costs❗️❗️ They don't arrive on time to pack the truck. The one driver who drove the truck was extremely unprofessional. He was more interested in flirting. A lot of my plastics totes were broken, furniture was scratched, things were broken. They have no concern for other's property. Bunch of shysters hired by Frontier Moving❗️❗️ Run as fast as you can ??❗️❗️

   Worst moving company

   This moving company picked up my goods on Thursday May 22 and told me I would receive my goods between 5-10 days in WA. I called on 5/29 and left 2 VMs with no return call and texted the pickup driver twice with no return texts. I called again 5/30 and dispatch told me that they do not have a truck going in the WA direction so my goods won’t arrive until later this week. The dispatcher was very rude.

   Shitty Moving Company!!

   Avoid at all costs!! They were supposed to take 2 days to pack and load our belongings. A few days before they said they could do in one day. On that day they showed up almost 4 hours late to start and went until almost midnight as we had to have it done. Then once there they told us it would cost 25% more. At that point our hands were tied and we had to pay it. Late in night everyone was tired and just dumped our stuff in boxes. Stuff is scuffed and broken. Also horrible customer service! The rudest dispatcher ever! The truck broke down and no communication! If I could give zero or negative stats I would it was that bad!! Didn’t realize about the packing until we got our stuff and if I had I would not have tipped them at all!! The unloading guys and new truck driver in Iowa were awesome though.

   Stay away from 5Diamonds Moving and Storage!

   If I could give negative stars to this scam operation, I would do so. First of all, I must compliment the actual packers and the driver - all were helpful, professional, and pleasant to work with. The office, however, lied repeatedly. This was a long distance move, NM to NC, and they lied about how much the move would cost, where the truck was on its journey east (it arrived 2 weeks later than promised), why it was delayed, and they wouldn't respond to emails with more than half-sentences which were curt and rude. For this honor, they charged us over $10K. They damaged a priceless antique and two other pieces of furniture, then offered $78 in insurance coverage because, they claimed, it was self-packed. It was not. The packers - who were, as stated, excellent - packed everything, wrapped it in bubble wrap and blankets. It was clearly damaged in the transition from the packers' truck to the warehouse, or the warehouse to the delivery driver's truck. Amerisafe, the broker, is complicit in this horrible company's performance. Neither Amerisafe nor 5 Diamonds appears to have any ethics. It is amazing to me that they are still in business. I wouldn't pee on them if they were on fire. Shysters, liars, and hucksters. Stay away!

   Can’t reach anyone

   10 days into it and we can’t reach anyone for the status of our load. We’ve called every number we can find. Cost almost doubled from original estimate. Should have done our homework. I don’t recommend anyone chance it with this company or Brightside Moving who I believe brokered 5 Diamond.

   Long Distance Move from Vegas to MIchigan

   Damaged everything they touched. The basic insurance is worthless. Filing complaints with DOT and BBB. They actually broke one item of furniture while wrapping it in moving blankets. They did compensate me for that item but did $10k worth of damage during the move. $3k mattress was strapped and used as a bulkhead. Springs were destoyed. $3.5k Laminate table top badly chipped. $$5k Vintage bar cart top was warped and end pieces destroyed. STAY AWAY FROM THESE MORONS!

   I absolutely agree with every review, this company is horrible. I have put a complaint in the BBB and with the department of transportation. Stay away from this company, these reviews are true. I really wish I would have done my research, this company is a nightmare!

    WORST MOVING COMPANY IMAGINABLE!

    Why isn’t there an option to give 0 stars?! One star is more than they deserve! This company is the worst! They only stay in business because moving brokers like Amerisafe contract them and the customer has no say in it! They raised the price of the move AFTER our stuff was loaded into their truck! What were our options at that point?? They were holding our stuff hostage with a “Pay up or else” mentality. Which was even more infuriating since we had far less stuff than what the quote allowed for. I had guesstimated 35 large boxes and we ended up only have 15 medium size boxes. The furniture was all accounted for properly on the quote so there was NO WAY we went over the allotted space. A complete scam and blatant money grab! They repeatedly lied about the delivery date. Ignoring my texts phone calls but telling Amerisafe that they were leaving Las Vegas “within the next 24 hours”. This went on for several weeks!! When they finally arrived (3 weeks later!) there was only one mover. They hired a helper off of Craigslist who never showed up! My son was willing and able to help but wanted compensation since he would be doing the job that we contracted them to do! They refused. They said the one mover would do it. How could one mover bring large pieces of furniture up three flights of stairs by himself?! We were afraid he’d leave not being able to do it, so my son assisted just to get finally possession of his stuff! I NEVER would have contracted with this company. I got screwed by Amerisafe (moving broker—another scam to stay clear of!). I will be reporting this company to the BBB because they shouldn’t be in business at this point. The dozens of one star reviews say it all!!
