   Do NOT under ANY circumstance !!

   Please do NOT hire these people! When my husband and I hired them we talked to someone who barely spoke any English and gave us a price we thought was very doable and assured us not once but TWICE it would not hanged unless there was more things than we had originally said. Being in the delivery state I had my brother meet the movers to assure everything would go smoothly. My brother called to tell me that te movers said they were doubling the price because of double the items. We had less than 10 boxes, 1 tv, one dresser with mirror, nightstand, king size bed without headboard or footboard. Not that much at all. And exactly the amount of things we told them we had! When I called to inquire about doubling the original price, the man who again I could hardly understand decided to raise his voice and cuss at me before I told him he needed to tone it down before I spoke with his boss. Magic words: he became very nice and also assured me the price wouldn't change. Weird huh? So 2 days later they contact us to tell us our stuff is in Miami and well be here in key west within 2 days but they increased our price 400$. Didn't argue that because I just wanted my stuff. 2 days no stuff..assured it will be here in another two days. Then we were told our stuff was still in Atlanta due to a broken down truck?! I thought our things already made it to Miami!! Then we were told 2 days..no stuff again assured our things will be here in 2 more days. And they continued that until our stuff finally arrived on exactly the 21st day. They were very rude and frankly full of crap! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!! I would have rather paid a little extra for someone honest and dependable than go this route ever ever again!

   Worst Experience Ever!!

   We secured this company for a cross country move from NC to TX, they quoted us one price 1200 but once our things were loaded the price changed 2800. Online and by phone we were quoted one price. Once they loaded our things on the truck the price changed. They acted like they gave us a "discount" once we called them on the original contract. Then Thy told us our stuff would arrive within fourteen days. That turned into 21 full days after giving us an original delivery date and changing it three times. They were Impossible to get a hold of. When they finally arrived the whole company was different so even though I secured a travelers check in order to pay for my services so that I would have a receipt. They informed me that they were a different company and I would have to cash the travelers check and get cash! Not even moving one item until I returned from the bank. DO NOT USE this company!

   Buyer Beware..Use BBB's recommendations for movers.

   Buyer beware..this is a very unprofessional company. I had to repair items or throw away items that were damaged.   The sales representative gave me a quote of about $1500 when the movers got there, the quote went up to $3500. The sales person claimed that he was honest and accurate; however, he did not take down the dimensions of my furniture and calculate costs by cubic feet.   The foreman who was handling my move got mad because I called him and was in another country. He told me to call him when he was up. I thought I was the customer and he was providing a service. The foreman was unprofessional. I would recommend any person doing a move use the Better Business Bureau's recommendations for movers.    .

   Crooks.

   Do not use this company!The individuals that picked up my stuff claimed not to have money for gas, were slamming my things around. When my stuff finally arrived, my boxes were ripped open. Things were missing. Flat screen TV never showed up, along with other valuables. Now they won't even answer the phone and tell me what's going on! Crooks..

   Worst company!!

   Please stay clear from this company!! They are very unprofessional!! Their customer service sucks! I'm still dealing with them concerning a claim for broken items from my delivery. Please note delivery was set for aug1st.. We are now in October, and I'm still dealing with these people. I've spoken to a few lawyers, and I am ready to file a lawsuit against them if they do not resolve my claim issues.

   Do Not Use This Company!!

   Do not use this company!!   I HIRED this company on 9/20/13 and was scheuled a moving date of 9/27/13 I was asked to give a day window. so the move was scheduled from 9/26 or 9/27. I had a quick move to florida and by me being a single female in a new city I didn't want the extra hassle of moving. so I hired a compmay. they didn't require a deposit so it was perfect for me due to the expense coming out of pocket. they quoted me the lowest price.the price I was quoted was 1101. based on a certain amount of cubic feet. on 9/25(not the dates that we agreed upon) I received a call from the driver telling me that he would be there at 3pm. I informed him that it wasn't the date agreed upon and I wasn't in the state. after much hassle they came on 9/26 at 8am. the people who picked up my equipment were EXCELLENT.. however I didn't know they wouldn't be the ones to deliver.   i was told the truck would get ther on sat 9/28/13 however the truck didn't call me until sunday 9/28/13. the driver told me that they would be there between the hours of 4-6. they called me at 615 to inform me they were broke down. im sorry they didn't call me the TEXT me they were broke down. now mind u this is after telling me u were on I-95 and u need directions to my home. I wondered how could I possibly give great directions when I am new to this state. I have to GPS everything..   needless to say they arrived at my house after 830pm. it was pitch black DARK. the driver told me he didn't have the equipment to assemble ANYTHING. after lowering my dresser. the screws to my bed were missing. the driver then told me that I could go to HOME DEPOT and buy some screws.. after he just collected the remaining balance of $827!! I was also told that I could put a ad on craigs list and someone will come assemble the furniture for me. this was told to me by one of the movers. he stated they weren't a contracting company so that wasn't there job. they didn't put my bed together nothing is assembled and everything is still in boxes.  when the initial pickup guy took bed apart he told me that he put the screws in the top drawer when it arrived the driver told me that screws were missing and it was nothing they can do.. and on TOP OF THAT he asked for a TIP!! on 9/30/13 I called the 18009339098 and talked to the indidual who set up my move. and he told me that was out of his range of expertise. and someone would call me at lunch. wellat 330pm NO ONE had called me!! I called back talked to a manager..ADAM AND MIKE were VERY RUDE rushed me off the phone had me on hold for 45mins twice and told me that the guy who disassembled my furniture will come back and do it. I still had the guys number who disassembled and he stated he wasn't coming because that's not his job. I CALLED BACK TODAY 10/1/13 AND SPOKE TO MIKE.. I guess they have caller id because soon as I said hello he was like he spoke to me on yesterday and that the guy is coming out.   SO NOW IM OUT OF 1900$$ I HAVE A BED NOT PUT TOGETHER AND EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE AND DECOR IS SITTIN ON THE FLOOR WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PUT LIKE IT WAS LEFT. this has been by far the WORSE MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVERY ENCOUNTERED!! DO NOT USE THEM  .

   The company was very friendly and helpful at the beginning of the moving experience. The salesperson gave me a $100 discount for being a teacher and quoted me $1700 for my move. I was pleased with the price and found it somewhat comparable. The driver picked up the furniture  when he stated he would and was in constant communication before the pick up. That was where the good news ended. The foreman at the job did not go over any possible extra costs at the beginning of the move. He directed his men to put the couch cushions in boxes, which I learned later I was charged $50 a piece for the boxes. These boxes also took more room on the truck which increased my cost to nearly THREE times the original quote. However, no one during this time informed me of any possible overage. When they left, I was in tears. I called a couple of days later to arrange a payment and was given bank account information for which I could wire money. When I called the bank to verify the business account (thankfully before I wired the money), the banker told me it was someone's personal account. I called back and asked for a manager who said it would be dealt with and gave me a legitimate account. After all of this, the movers took nearly a month to deliver my furniture. During this wait time, I called nearly every day, sometimes 10 times a day. No one answered the phone on most occassions. Some days, they would give me a date and time for delivery and then never show up. When they finally arrived, they gave 3 hours notice before dropping off my items. Some of my items were wet and dirty, and my $500 dining room table top is supposedly missing. I WILL NEVER USE MOVERS AGAIN, particulary not 50 States Movers, who swindle, lie and cheat their way to money.
