   The movers were so professional and made sure I didn't have to lift a figure during the process. Will definitely be using Absolute Relocation again anytime I move in the future! Emir and his team are seriously the best movers ever! I had difficult move and they did it seamlessly.

   I’ve used clean cut movers 4x - they are incredible, fast, professional, and quality each time. Josh has moved us twice and always goes above and beyond. These guys are the best. They are kind, professional, industrious, and hard working. They know exactly how to handle items of any dimension in any space, and never complain about the work.

   The expediency with which they worked was incredible as well. They were able to successfully pack up out 4 bedroom home in a few hours. They were able to unpack even quicker. Each item was individually wrapped and well taken care Thanks of staff.

   Poor Service

   Wow! What a JOKE of a company. They kept changing the delivery date of my son's delivery and claimed he changed it. At one time we were told the truck was in the area but he was not ready for delivery so they did not stop. He was never informed. We spoke to managers and representatives and it took nearly 2 months to get his items! One dispatcher we spoke to hung up the phone on us. They had no intention of delivering his items. Also, the amount we paid was not the amount quoted. The driver that delivered the items stated he was leaving the company; my son's load was his last load. That should tell you something. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BOJOS. I am reporting then to the BBB in Florida!

   Scam Company

   Where do I start with this absolute dumpster fire of a company. Started off strong with trying to get a quote, which was substantially less than everyone else on the market, which was also the first red flag in the next line of what ended up being months of waiting, ungodly amounts of damaged and lost items, and learning that the movers they employ are sent out solo on 16+ hour days, in which they are rushed and further damage property. They were 2 days late arriving, which there was no explanation nor excuse for. After asking about it, the dispatch was extremely rude when we inquired on what was going on. When they arrived, the dryer was not tied to the hand truck, which it can’t be confirmed if it would have saved it when someone came past the movers, but with not signing for the added insurance (which if you are dumb enough to employ these bozos, the insurance is at very least MANDATORY if you want to get anything in return for when they damage your property). The $1200 dryer was only told to be reimbursed for $75, which we never received. When the truck made it to the destination, ALL OF THE ITEMS FOR EVERY DELIVERY THAT DAY WAS LOOSE. Not a single thing was covered with moving mats, but bunched in the corner of the truck. They lost several items, including a desk top and a cabinet, as well as bending the frame of the bed, scratched countless wooden furniture pieces, scratched 100+ year old flooring by dragging said frame across it, and denting the outer housing of the washer with a ratchet strap that had no other protection between the ratchet and the case. We have waited over the 90 days to get any of our money that is OWED TO US but they have not called back or responded. What this company does violates BBB in the state of Florida for their gross negligence and will be reported as such. We are past trying to do anything with this company so at this point, buyer freakin’ beware. This company will make moving a complete nightmare and the owners should be ashamed of running such a disgusting business. Giving our compensations for what was over $4000 worth of damage doesn’t even begin to start making this right. I don’t know how many other customers have been screwed over by this scam of a company, but quite honestly, my heart goes out to anyone who has been scammed, screwed over, lied to, and cheated by this BS.

   Absolutely the worse experience I've ever had with a moving company. I can't tell you everything that went wrong, but I can tell you these people shouldn't be in business. I read all the bad reviews and I still hired them. Worse mistake!!!! Don't make the same mistake I made.

   Victim of their deception and lies

   Like many others, I have become their latest victim, entangled in their web of lies, false promises, and unprofessional conduct. Please find a more reliable company to move forward with. It's not worth saving a few dollars upfront with their estimate, to spend nearly double later. They misquoted a few items, I agreed to eat the cost on that as I didn't go over the initial contract carefully. They assured that I would have my stuff picked up on a specific day and then confirmed they could not. They dropped a glass table due to negligence and while removing my TV threaded the screws. They never communicated to the driver the adjust price that the owner swore that he would honor. All in all we cancelled and paid for them to return our belongings and have them leave. Please spend the extra money and take time to review the contracts and commitments before hiring any company.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I had a legally binding estimate for a set price. Upon pickup, I was handed a paper with a new price that was nearly double the binding estimate. I have been trying for 2 days to reach the guy who coordinated this for me, and I'm now told "his part is done, he cannot legally talk to you" and the dispatch woman (incredibly rude) says we can come get our stuff but in addition to the nearly $6000 I have already paid, I need to pay for her guys' labor (when they dropped boxes and broke a bunch of stuff). Oh, and of course, there's no timeline when we might be able to go get our things and we are moving TODAY. Basically, it feels like a shakedown. It's false advertising. It's holding our stuff hostage. They do not honor legally binding agreements.

    Terrible experience - would NOT recommend

    The worst experience I've ever had moving. We were quoted 6k (after my husband went through each room, item by item, to receive the quote) but on the day-of our move they demanded the fee was 13k. More than DOUBLE what they quoted. With them finished at our house and our items packed in their truck, we had no choice but to pay. They showed up in an unmarked truck with no branding to be seen for the company they were hired to work for. This whole operation is off. Now we are unpacking and many of our items have broken, including our big flat screen TV, side table, ceramic planters, and more. Horrible packing on top of a terrible experience - I would never recommend them to anyone. BEWARE OF SCAM!
