   Aegis.

   We hired this company to move us from Jamesburg, NJ to Orlando Florida and were really happy with the service provided. Leon and Brian were a pleasure to work with and really know their jobs. The movers made sure everything was secure and protected to prevent from damage and took their time with everything from start to finish. After being called 300 times by different movers I chose this company because they were very thorough on their services. I would highly recommend them for your next move.

   Excellent Company, Great Service And Very Proffessional.

   We hired this company to move us from Riverside, NJ to California and the crew that moved us was excellent. Clifton and Brian were great to work with and provided exceptional service and made sure to wrap all of our furniture to make sure nothing was damaged. The loading process and the unloading process was great and most importantly they had the best price. I highly would recommend people to use this company for their long distance move.

   Frank Gevelis was a wonderful help throughout the entire move. He is always available and per the driver, calls often to check on valuable pieces.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

   Damaged Furniture.

   Aegis showed up with an experienced driver and two unexperienced helpers. The packing of the furniture was poor and not properly protected. We made mention of this and even provided additional blankets. Upon arrive at the destination, we found numerous items damaged. The helpers who were hired didn't show up so we had to move the items from the truck into the house ourselves. We notified Aegis and took pictures of the damaged items along with the driver, and sent these to Frank (agent for Aegis). He informed us he would have an insurance adjuster out there ASAP. We never saw an adjuster or had a phone call from one, we were never given a name or even a company name to contact. We provide Aegis with two estimates for damage (Over $1,000.00) as requested, with no response. At first we kept hearing from Frank that things would be taken care of, and then after numerous calls and emails, Frank stopped taking our calls or responding to emails. We would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone else.

   Terrible communication and cancelled move.

   Frank had agreed to do a partial move for us for a low rate. He stopped returning phone calls and emails after I paid the deposit. He claimed that there was a problem with his voice mail (I called 4 times over the course of 10 days), but he didn't respond to emails either. The move was supposed to happen on a Monday, but we hadn't heard from him at all. I called several times over the weekend to verify it was happening and to upgrade the insurance. He was upset about the calls and cancelled the move the day of. Additionally, after he agreed to return the deposit for the move that he cancelled, he wanted me to sign a long form about my rights and saying that I wouldn't defame him. My guess is that it was too low value a job for him and that's why he went silent. However, I would be VERY concerned about his communication.
