   Game Changer!

   We were in a bind since the mover we hired cancelled the morning of. Called Kecia at Alexander & Sons and she saved the day! Couldn't have been more pleasant, professional and easy to deal with. My husband is NOT EASY and always has a critical comment BUT not this time! If it pleases him, then I am extra happy, b/c I don't have to listen to him complain. Will definitely be using again and will gladly recommend to friends and fam!

   I called this moving company and needed a truck the next day. They said of course! And sent 3 great workers and got everything done extremely quickly. I will be using them every time from now on! Thanks a lot guys! You found a way to make the hell of moving not so hellish.

   True gentlemen. From the minute they answered the phone until the moment they were done. Fair flat rate, without any surprises. The guys helped us pack one day, and next day moved us. The team were our delivery guys, and they were super professional, courteous, fast and kind. All together I can say they under promised, and over delivered :).

   I only had a few things to move but it was too much for me to do myself. I called last minute and they were able to accommodate me on very short notice. The two movers arrived early, were very polite, efficient, and neat. They contacted me ahead of time to make sure I was ready and again afterwards to make sure I was happy with their service. I would definitely use these movers again.

   We are very grateful to Jonathan Alexander & Sons Moving for providing the best moving experience we have ever had. From Johnny and his crew of experienced movers to Kecia who handles the administration, this is a professional group that knows how to get the job done – and once you hire them they are committed to doing it right. Our move was a difficult one, from a third floor walk-up apartment to a house. There were a lot of stairs and we had a very large amount of heavy boxes filled with books, in addition to bulky furniture. We had a bad experience moving in, when the two movers who showed up weren’t prepared for the job and kept asking us to add hours during move day. We called several companies for quotes on this move, and noticed a difference when talking with Kecia. She was very responsive, and asked to see our apartment in order to give us an accurate quote. Her quote was higher than other companies because she specified a four man crew and nine hours to move. The other quotes ranged from two men and three hours to three men and six hours. We chose to spend more for a low stress move, and in the end it was worth every penny. Johnny and his crew showed up ready to go on move day. They parked the truck safely, inspected all our boxes and furniture, and got to work. They worked together quickly and efficiently, and had clearly done this before. They used several systems to deal with our stairs, and didn’t have to remove any doors to get our table out. They were also very strong – we were about to take the drawers out of our giant wood dresser, but they just wrapped the whole thing and hustled it down to the truck. By late afternoon the truck was at our house, and for unloading they told us to just point where we wanted each box. Getting all our boxes down the apartment stairs had been a huge obstacle, but the crew pushed through and came in just half an hour over Kecia’s estimate. If we’d hired one of the other companies, we would have been there all night. The crew even set up our bed on its frame so we could sleep peacefully. At the end of the day, both Johnny and Kecia checked to make sure we were happy with the moving experience. We are definitely glad we hired Jonathan Alexander & Sons Moving. Overall, they are a big upgrade from other movers and we highly recommend them.

   Fantastic and impeccable service!!

   We just completed a move with this company, and I am incredibly happy with the impeccable level of service and efficiency. Every step of the process (from the initial walkthrough to the final drop off) is treated with care and client-centric focus. The movers were very kind to my kids, which meant a lot to me. As we all know, moving is a stressful process, but the team at Jonathan Alexander really allowed my wife and I to feel relaxed, and above all, focus on our children. This is a family run business, which has many advantages. Since they are family, they understand family. Kecia, who manages the business/client facing function of the company runs a very tight ship. To all those who are currently moving (or who are contemplating moving) - use Jonathan Alexander. I have moved 8 times in my life, and this company is by far the most professional and client facing company!
