   AA American Moving and Storage company did an amazing job.

   AA American Moving and Storage was terrific. Three men worked quickly, efficiently, and until the job was done. They were quick, and careful with our property. Wrapped our mirrors and artwork so carefully.

   Will move boxes but not pay for broken items.

   I hired this company to move a 3 bedroom condo on May 2019. The moving of boxes and furnitures went fine but unfortunately a few items were damaged in the move such as a glass/brass lamp and large scratches on furniture. The movers were nice to point out that they admitted to breaking the glass lamp top and a gash on the diningroom table when it happened. What was unsatisfactory was the unwillingness to reimburse some of my payment for the damaged items. I emailed Chad Bottiglieri, from Claims, multiple times and also emailed the company regarding the damages along with pictures but no response back. It's been over a month and no email or call.

   Stay away from All American Moving and Storage.

   This company was over five hours late to start our move. All day the driver kept lying about his location and kept saying he was on the way. The salesperson, JORDAN, was unreachable after my first call to him after one hour of waiting for truck. He knew we were moving my 95?year old mother but ignored us all day. When we posted a negative review he called and write expressing his anger and defending the Five hour delay saying sometimes earlier scheduled moves take longer than planned. Horrible company.

   All American committed fraud!

   We put down a $200 deposit. Our storage goods were in our former city where we used to live. We arranged a meeting date for Saturday. As we were leaving to drive seven hours to our former city, they called and postponed. They said on Sunday they would be there between 8-11. We drove 7 hours to meet them the next day, paid for a hotel that night. Next day, we waited and waited and waited three hours past the agreed meeting time. No one answered at the office, no one called, no one came. No communication at all! So we left and drove back 7 hours to our new home where we wanted our storage goods to taken.. Halfway, we received a call from the driver saying 'we'll be there tomorrow, on Monday ' ! We were so upset and said No. you missed the first arranged date, you missed the second arranged date and now we are finished! We want our deposit refund. The manager, Chad called about 20 min later as we were still driving back home, apologized and said he would refund our deposit. No deposit has been returned! It has been three weeks now! They are thieves! This is a very unprofessional moving company out of Hollywood Florida who committed fraud! Never use this company, never! The following week, we used Two Men and a Truck and they were there on time, efficient, pleasant and professional. Use this company instead because All American is a very unprofessional and Dishonest company!
