   My experience with the movies were great everything was packed correctly nothing was broke and everything was moved right the gentleman was very friendly great workers it's amazing how they work so hard into enjoying what they love to do I think they should get a raise cuz they were great I would use this company once again if I had to move again all in all great service and great employees thank you. I was very satisfied and it was very promising everything that they said they were going to do outstanding work.

   Florida to Oklahoma move.

   The guys who showed up to pack my furniture did a very very good job. They took their time and wrapped everything professionally so that mirrors wouldn’t break, TV, etc, my entire bedroom suite involved some type of glass. Everything was loaded and numbered to be marked off on the sheet I signed. I did end up having more than I thought, with some negotiation we got that figured out. As I waited for my delivery, we had a few issues such as the hurricane and finding a driver to deliver my items. I spoke to Charles 2-3 days a week and during those calls Charles was always willing to explain the situation and promised me I will get my items. Moving your items is a stressful experience. Strangers having everything you own makes you anxious, but I read my contract and it stated they had 30 days to deliver. I got the call my items where on the way. Charles even sent me pictures to make me feel at ease. Delivery day came I was ecstatic. After unloading I was missing a box of coats I notified Charles and the driver, I had to wait for the entire truck to be unloaded. Three weeks later the driver calls me, he is coming in 2 hours to deliver my coats he found them!! I not only was missing the coat box, but 3 other boxes I had forgot about. I am totally impressed with this company!! NOT one piece of my furniture was broken, and the driver delivering my lost items is so AMAZING!!

   I’ve used All American moving and storage 3 times. One interstate, two instate. All 3 moves were performed with white glove treatment. The movers arrived on time and provide excellent service. P Pool.

   Great Company.

   All American Moving and Storage handled my move from FL to GA. I had a 4 bedroom house with high end furniture and appliances. Everything went smooth and came the way it was packed without any damage. Everyone I dealt with on the phone from the sales rep Bill to the workers were fantastic and helpful. Definitely would recommend or use again!

   It's taken me over a year to write this review, because I still have mixed emotions about the move. I dealt with Ted during the planning process. He was great! Very patient and answered numerous questions. It took me a long time to book with him, so patience was key at this point. What everyone should be aware of is that All American acts as a go between, between you and the company that will actually move you. This was the case for me, at least. First thing to know is to not even pay attention to the estimate. It would be better if you used a company that can give you an in-person estimate. I was very thorough in listing the items in my son's studio apartment. I was very particular in sizes of items and even purposely overestimated the number of boxes that were needed to ensure that we estimated the correct needed square footage. I was particularly anal of this process. When the movers that All American contracted with, (Family Van Lines, INC), arrived, they were in the apartment less than two minutes before proclaiming that the estimate was underestimated and would cost and additional amount of money. We were quoted $2576 from All American. Family Van Lines demanded just over $2,000 more than was estimated. I was in a different state than my son, so he was left there on his own having to deal with figuring out how to get additional funds for the move, since credit cards could not be used. The movers were selected at the eleventh hour by All American, but that was within their contracted window, so although it caused a great deal of anxiety, they did book the movers in time for them to arrive on the needed date, (Tina worked late into the night to make sure that was done). The movers were late, (not All-American's fault), but got the move done. Other than the obvious price shake-down, they did a great job. Although we thought and wished that delivery would happen sooner than it did, the movers arrived on the last day possible, per the agreed upon contract. All in all, I learned that moving sucks. I've done numerous military moves in the past, so I had certain expectations, that were not realized during this move, however, it is important to note, that other than an inaccurate estimate, (which I place more fault on Family Van Lines, INC. than I do All American), All American met all of their obligations per the agreed upon contract. The bottom-line is would I use them again? (Sigh). Maybe... I think I would be more comfortable paying more for a company that actually comes to my home and gives me an accurate estimate, (It was far too easy for the movers to extort money from you once they arrive). What else were we to do? The movers were schedule when they were for a reason. We had planes to catch and places to be. If I do use All American again, it would be because of Ted and Tina. I felt Ted was VERY honest with me. I learned a lot about the moving process from him. I also felt Tina worked hard to make the move happen. I thank them both and hope they both are still with the company.

   Rude Driver and Mattress Missing.

   Most of my boxes made it in horrible conditions, but I've learned my lesson. How do you lose a mattress and a huge book shelf? The other one was damaged and I ended up just helping the guy deliver my goods because he was complaining the whole time that he had no help.

   Bad experience!

   Moved from GA to MO. These guys are just a front to other movers, United Vanlines in our case. The internet quote went up more than 50% because they ‘forgot’ to include certain items. Poor re-assembly and scratches on some items. Got a damaged vacuum cleaner - the claim for a $40 repair didn’t even get acknowledged! Lousy service, great sales talk. Beware buyer!
