   Excellent Customer Service.

   Just when I thought customer service was the thing of the past.  My son called All Force Movers when I needed to move at the last minute.  Bobby G. was very helpful in assuring me that they can get the job done.  I was very impressed with the services - below I highligted a few: Worked very well with me Has a very warm rapport with everyone he comes in contact with Follows up with me to ensure that the moving process is still on point as scheduled Clearly enjoys the “people” aspect of his position Consistently answers the phone and very friendly and courteous in person   Thank you alpharettagamovers.net,   Denise.

   I was looking for a moving company and I came across all force movers and I called and inquire and spoke with mr.bobby about my furinture and etc. being moved from georgia to panama city beach flordia and he gave me a good price and was very prompt and on time  and will call them again if needed and will recomened this company to all my friends..

   Great Moving Company!

   I recently used All Force Movers to do a 3 bedroom house move for me and less recently to do a 1 bedroom apartment move.  In both instances Bobby and his team provided exceptional moving services and greatly exceeded my expectations.  The truck and team arrived on time, all of the team members were extremely polite and listened very carefully to my instructions (not all items were leaving the house so it was important that Bobby and his team paid attention to not take items that needed to stay for our renters), and all of the fragile and wooden items were wrapped extensively to prevent damage on route.  Upon arrival at the storage facility where we are storing our items, Bobby and his team worked quickly and efficiently to properly store the items in the storage unit to maximize space and allow us to potentially add additional items to the unit in the future.   Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience using All Force Movers and will definitely be calling them again when we move our stuff out of the storage unit!

   All Force Movers.

   My Son had used All Force for his move into his home 2 years ago. He was very pleased with the service and cost. So when it came time for our downsizing of our 5 bedroom home we used All Force. This was a fairly complex move with 3 separate moving dates as we gave many things to our children and required coordination with their schedule and ours. I must say anyone who has undertaken such a task understands the stress and emotions of giving away life long possesions. Not only did they keep us happy but my children on the delivery side as well. Bobby and his crew were amazing..Professional, Clean, Polite, Fast, Honest and priced very competitively! Bobby was the best! They work very hard and fast for their money. I would highly recommend them, and use them again if the need arises.

   So Pleased!

   This was my first move with All Force Movers and I will definitely use them for future moves. They were friendly, professional, punctual, polite, and very careful with my belongings. They worked quickly and efficiently which is a plus when you are paying hourly.  Their estimate was on target and $200 less than a couple of other quotes I received. This is one locally owned company that can meet your moving needs. Great job Bobby and crew!!

   I even called the day before to confirm they were coming out. Even paid a deposit which I had to file a dispute with my credit card company over. Absolute crooks!

   Beware.

   Its been 90 days and the owner has yet to return our items. Had to get the police involved and will be taking him to court. I paid for insurance and instead of him using the insurance he says he will fix it himself. He is very unprofessional yelling at my husband over the phone. We called to see how things were coming along and instead he became very defensive. Just like the other person's comment mentioned earlier he is doing the same thing saying he is coming over and has yet to show up. The movers are not professionally trained they do not know how to properly package or move furniture or other items especially when it comes to electronics and paintings. I have moved many time before and I know what professional mover's work looks like. I have grass stains on my mattress and other items they dragged along the ground. My furniture and washing machining are scuffed up just to mention a few. Also when they ate lunch at my house instead of picking up after themselves they left their mess behind with paper plates, napkins, pizza boxes and not to mention crumbs all over the counter. They should be expected clean up after themselves.

   Horrible service, liars, damage.

   DO NOT CALL THEM!! Previously I gave them a great review because the actual move went very well. After discovering that a small piece needed to be repaired, it took them WEEKS to pick up the piece to get it repaired, since appointments were made and then broken with different excuses each time. After two weeks in repair, they made different appointments to deliver it to me, then never showed MANY times. Even after saying they were "on the way" they never showed. After awhile, they no longer answered or returned my calls of which there were OVER 50 calls! After more than THREE MONTHS I gave up and I had to pay my own money to rent a trailer, go to their repair vendor's shop and pick it up myself. Horrible, stressful experience. I can't see how they're still in business.

   We did a service for her and everything went well as you read in her first google review. Things happen in any line of work but we corrected her damage and the insurance paid it in full. It took us a later date to pick the item up due to long days and nights. We picked the item up took it to the repair guy. I gave her the contact info when the item was ready she called me and we agreed on a date several times. I received a call from her husband who spoke horribly, demanded and threatened me at that point he basically earned the right to pick the item up.

   Never Using Again.

   Do not use this mover. If they damage your home they will not do anything about it, even though they say they are bonded and insured. I was very encouraged by all the positive online reviews I read for All Force Movers. When I called for a quote, Bobby was incredibly professional, and was easy to talk to. Moving day came and the team arrived on time. They were friendly and helpful and did a great job. (Or so I thought).  The night of the move, after the team had left, I walked into my laundry room and discovered that when they moved the washer and dryer into the room that they had somehow knocked the protective foot off of one corner of the dryer and then slid the dryer across the linoleum ripping huge holes into the brand new flooring. (Our new home is new construction, and the floor was freshly installed two weeks prior to our move date, and we had done a walk through with the builder the morning before the move, so there's no doubt that the movers are the source of the damage.) I called Bobby and we discussed the issue and he assured me that it would be taken care of, but would I send him photos of the damage? I did so promptly and then heard nothing. Over the next two months we went round and round via email and phone until he stopped responding to me at all. He lied to me when he told me that he would take care of the issue, he lied to me when he made an appointment with me to come review the damage in person. I got estimates to have the flooring replaced and the cost was $800. I was nothing but kind and patient and understanding of the realities of running a small business, and in return I got a destroyed floor and no recourse short of filing a lawsuit against this company. .

   We strive for excellence with all of our customers. I personally was on this job do to a request for one of the lead guys. so, I went out and as always we performed excellently. We ask on every job that the customers do a walk through with us in every room. I personally took the appliances in the laundry room, set them up and, connected all hoses, there was no wholes in the floor what so ever. I can't be responsible for anything that was moved after the fact.

    No Show.

    All Force never showed today (Saturday) for our 3pm move.  I called their Alpharetta and Marietta offices several times, left two voicemails asking for some sort of communiction, and waited until 430pm before giving up.  I spoke to Bobby twice last week before confirming our move.  We confirmed it Thursday, I gave him not only my number but also the direct contact for allowance into the security gate.  No excuses here. This might not have been Bobby specifically - maybe his employees, but they completely ruined any chance of moving our entire house in September.  Mistakes happen, and people are human, but honesty is crucial in building customer relationships.  It's a good thing we have back-up movers and the ability to move Monday.  I wish I'd read the other reviews on other websites who said they also experienced a no-show.  Next time I'll know what questions to ask.
