I even called the day before to confirm they were coming out. Even paid a deposit which I had to file a dispute with my credit card company over. Absolute crooks!

This was my first time hiring a moving company so I was a little skeptical. Once Boby and his guys arrived they got right to work. They were polite and efficient. I moved my things into storage which the size I reserved was technically too small but Bobby made it happen. When I move into my home in 6month's I will definitely be calling back to schedule my move.

I've used Bobby and his team 4 times now - twice for me and twice for my father related to moves to and from assisted living facilities. He's been nice and professional to work with each time. In particular moving someone into or out of assisted living has special considerations and he was mindful of that. Bobby was helpful to install my father's grab bars - multiples of them - and went extra steps to screw them in to ensure their stability. He never said to me "No" or "that is not my job" - he has looked to be helpful each time. With antiques he and his team wrapped things beyond what I could have expected. He looks to make it a positive experience and sees his help in a move about the overall experience and not just a mechanical job of moving boxes. He's the best experience I've had with a mover so far.

To keep it brief, moving has been such a burden off my shoulders with All Force. At this point, I'm not sure how other companies in the Metro area compare, because we only use All Force. We've had to move into storage and temporary housing, then back out of storage and into our permanent residence. They did both with ease. And I'm not talking a small job. Packing is enough work on its' own. These guys truly show up on time and get straight to work. They make sure every last single thing is out and on that truck so that we only had to go back in to clean. When the guys were done, all of our beds were set up, mirrors assembled on dressers, etc., and boxes were in the desired/specified rooms, nicely lined up to the sides where we could walk in, through, and around and we have been able to get settled without feeling like we are in a war zone. I am appreciative of the services, courtesy, professionalism, and fair rate we received. Definitely recommend. Thank you, All Force Movers!

Its been 90 days and the owner has yet to return our items. Had to get the police involved and will be taking him to court. I paid for insurance and instead of him using the insurance he says he will fix it himself. He is very unprofessional yelling at my husband over the phone. We called to see how things were coming along and instead he became very defensive. Just like the other person's comment mentioned earlier he is doing the same thing saying he is coming over and has yet to show up. The movers are not professionally trained they do not know how to properly package or move furniture or other items especially when it comes to electronics and paintings. I have moved many time before and I know what professional mover's work looks like. I have grass stains on my mattress and other items they dragged along the ground. My furniture and washing machining are scuffed up just to mention a few. Also when they ate lunch at my house instead of picking up after themselves they left their mess behind with paper plates, napkins, pizza boxes and not to mention crumbs all over the counter. They should be expected clean up after themselves.
