**WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE**
Buyer BE AWARE — DO NOT use this company this is a Bait and Switch of the worst people First, Sonny Bales quoted a price ($3,286) that seems reasonable and is “binding moving estimate” so you’re locked into your price which is based on square footage on the truck. (Which only they understand, because.. what the F is 450 sq ft??) it’s a cross country move with not much stuff, enough to comfortably live in a 500sq foot apartment. For me personally, I was assured on at least 3 separate occasions by Sonny and other representatives, that I was under the square footage and could add boxes if I needed to. No problem. I paid a deposit ($1,408) which is refundable only if they have 48hours notice and several weeks later after booking, they called to verify what items were going on the truck. I recanted what I remembered from my storage unit (that I hadn’t physically seen in months and a fact they were aware of) On the verification call for the BOL (Bill of Lading) and was assured again that even after adding, a desk, office chair, dresser and approximately 10 boxes that I was STILL UNDER the square footage I’d been quoted. So I’m thinking — SWEET, best company….. Boy was I wrong ? The day they were scheduled to come do the move, they didn’t arrive because the truck had “problems.” The following day, I’m in a crunch, because they were supposed to come the day beforehand, AND THAT’S WHERE THE NIGHTMARE BEGAN… When the driver, Cody arrived he took a quick look at everything, asked what was going on the move and when I explained that it was everything inside my 10x10 storage unit THAT I HAD SENT SONNY A PHOTOGRAPH OF WHEN BOOKING THE MOVE — i was told that I wasn’t definitely not UNDER the minimum, in fact I was more than DOUBLE the space!!! And that he could only take exactly what was listed on the BOL from my call (a tidbit of information absolutely no one ever mentioned). Oh and there would be a surcharge for my “bulky sofa” —- so now my head is spinning ?? At this point, I have NO options, I can’t get a refund for the deposit because it’s too late, and I have to move my stuff…. So Cody “helps me out” and almost doubles my cost, but still can’t fit my mattress or several other items in the space he’s now allowed for me at a new price bringing my move to $4,600!! —— Oh and let’s talk about the timing…. It took them TWO MONTHS to move my belongings! All once again information that was hidden by Sonny. When booking and coordinating, I told Sonny I was hoping for my stuff to arrive by Thanksgiving, thinking that two weeks would be a reasonable timeframe, he seemed to agree it was possible (they picked up around November 6th) —- WRONG AGAIN, I didn’t receive my belongings until DECEMBER 21st!!!! Because they don’t move your stuff till it’s convenient for them…. Good thing we had to buy a new bed and dresser since they didn’t have room in the amount of space I paid for or we would have been on an air mattress for two months!!! —— Oh and what about the little box? Yes… a small box, maybe 5x7x7 that Cody said would probably get lost if we didn’t pack it in the larger box that he personally packed with my vacuum and other bulky items listed on the BOL that had to go in a box, or else ? something else they conveniently leave out but yes, box your vacuum and brooms if you’re thinking of still booking this shit show of a full service move. But yeah, when I opened my big box at home two months after I’d packed it, do you think the little box was inside? Yeah, no… you’re right, it wasn’t. And do I have any recourse for the little box? No, because according to my paperwork, it doesn’t even fucking exist. So, if you’re wondering—- geeze, what do I do now for my long distance move…. Honestly, as someone who has done this before multiple different ways, the two best options are. 1- Sell it all and rebuy everything 2- Use a different service — the one I used on my previous move was on point, I only chose this company because it included unloading and loading

Almighty movers (3rd party mover without any power)
Initially, when they made a quote with me, they listed out all the items as inventory. They play games with you where they pull out rules never mentioned before. Initially, during the quote, the company said that they could even take a couch and 18 boxes with me (no mention of sizes) and finalized a price. They decided, weeks ago, when the driver will be at my place. So, I booked my flights for the next day. The driver told that because of some problems, he couldn't be there that mentioned day. I had to leave the place and requested my busy friend to be there for the loading. The things that were promised in the inventory, not half of them went through and the driver started quoting extra. I was already in a different city, so I told my friend to just go for the basics. He loaded those and added extra 75$ for fuel sth because he couldn't park right infront of my apartment. Then, I scheduled for a day to move in. All they say is the driver will contact you a day prior. I had been telling them that I have to book the elevator weeks ago, at least inform me about this. No, the driver doesn't pick up the call and they answer in a very rude tone that they don't have any power. If you guys don't have power, don't take the work. Finally, the driver told me he will be with my stuff at 12 on sunday. I waited for him when in the final moment, they bailed and told it was going to be Monday, as if people don't have any other work. I informed I couln't take it on weekdays because I have to be in my office. The van lines requested to work through, and I helped to the best I could. They never tell you the exact date. I managed everything with them. The drivers arrived and messaged me (I had already warned I would be in the office and to contact the receptionist for the unloading area). I replied after half an hour only to realize that they had already left and can make it again at 2pm (when I clearly told them, the elevator is booked till two). I am calling the company, the driver and god knows who all during to which they hardly answer. Finally, they told me the delivery was going to be on the weekend and I would get a call a day prior. Waited saturday, no call, sunday , no call. After which the van lines picked up the call to realize he had a family. If he had a family and wanted to spend a good sunday, why give the date in the first place and he quoted 500$ extra for redelivery. I called the company and all I hear again is "WE HAVE NO POWER". I literally had no money. So, I told i would come to the warehouse. The van line driver was very rude and unprofessional (the company claimed to be the best one). Finally, they agreed at the rate that was finalized. After the unloading, the drivers started measuring 75ft and if it was more they would charge me extra. I explained I don't have any money and drop it wherever they could. The only good thing that happened were the final drivers who decided to help. Finally, I got my stuff after numerous uncalled answers and mental torture. They have given me such mental torture and trauma that I would never in my life even think about going with a moving company. Finally, Almighty movers, talk about your rule and hidden charges in the initial phase. Maybe you think this is a good way to earn money, but to me this is complete fraud and scam. You guys should tell people initially that "WE DON'T HAVE POWER ", while taking the quote.

Don't walk, run away...
My 88 year old father selected All Mighty Relocation to handle a recent move (Nov 2022) from NH to WV, and it could not have been more of a disaster. Since All Mighty is just a BROKER, they don't actually have any skin in the game once the mover gets involved, and you get whatever crappy mover they can come up with. In my father's case, it was Allied Moving Group (not Allied Van Lines), some two-bit firm out of NJ that actually moved the property. The disaster started with All Mighty drawing up the initial contract, telling my father that to move his three-bedroom apartment would cost $5,800 for 935 cubic feet. This was after the AARP/Veteran's discount. He thought it seemed a bit pricy, but agreed to it and signed the bottom line (before engaging me). I paid the initial deposit (via credit card) and they scheduled the move for the weekend of 11/19-11/20. The mover was supposed to call on 11/18 to tell us when we'd see them on Saturday. At 4PM, we were told that the movers wouldn't be there Saturday, but that we'd get a call on Saturday telling us when we'd see them on Sunday. Saturday afternoon we get a call telling us to expect them between 7 & 10 AM on Sunday, which was pretty inconvenient for my elderly parents, but they managed. They arrived at noon. Before the lead mover had a chance to look over everything my parents were moving, he pulls out a new contract with Allied's letterhead, telling me the job would now cost $11,000 and that we had to pay half of it up front (minus deposit), and the other half on delivery. And, the only form of payment they would accept was cash, venmo, paypal, zelle or cash app, despite the fact that their own contract stated cash, check or credit card. Typical bait/switch and we didn't have any options. Cancel and we'd lose the deposit. Plus, my folks had to vacate the apartment and we had no other last-minute options. Fortunately, I was in town to help my parents pack and assist with the move, and was able to cover the bill. Had I not been there, my parents would have been screwed. So, after about 4 hours of work, the 26' box truck is loaded and they haul it all away. About two weeks later, Allied decides to deliver the goods (The mover's contract states that they have 30 business days to deliver it, unless you want to pay extra). But, Allied had transferred the goods from the box truck to storage, and from storage to a semi before sending it. After getting the property to WV, they decide that they can't get the semi to the house and had to transfer it back into a box truck, for another $1,800. And, what was All Mighty's response to all of this? Crickets. They set us up for failure. They couldn't tell us anything thing about the status of the move after Allied had my parent's property and deferred everything to the mover. The only time they had any info for us was when the mover wasn't able to get in touch with me, while delivering the property. You have been warned…

Scam
The company hires second and third party Movers, when any issue arises that's who they blame it on, the very people they subbed their work to. I waited months to receive my items, much of it was broken Beyond repair. I was also forced to pay an extra $1,000 to finally get the few things they did have, the second or third party that they subbed the work to held my stuff hostage until I paid an extra fee they claimed that I owed them.

Horrible
I wish I could give this company zero stars. First of all, they don’t tell you that they are a broker that will outsource your move. They also don’t tell you that your stuff will be stored before being transported. They quoted a reasonable amount, initial deposit was paid; but, the day the second company showed up, the fee was upped by nearly $2000. I had to move that day (they were a day late arriving), so I had to pay what was asked. I was initially told that my quote included 50 boxes (no box size given) along with the bulky items I had (this included a 10-foot kayak). When I realized I had more like 55 boxes, I contacted Almighty Relocation Services and they told me that I was working with 350 cubic feet. I was told that 200 more cubic feet would Jack my fee up by $1000. We measured out 450 cubic feet and stacked all of my things into this space. We were well under 450 cubic feet. When the mover arrived he told me that I had no idea what cubic feet looked like inside their truck, and that he had never had anyone question their method. Lol! Right. I had just had surgery, and was trying to get out of an abusive situation, so I was reasonably upset. Almighty Relocation swore to me that they did not understand why the rate was being jacked up so much, but essentially offered zero relief. The mover broke at least one plastic tote and almost left a few of the items that rolled through the parking lot behind. My friend had to pick stuff up and tell them that they had left them. The mover told us that my stuff would be delivered within 7 to 10 days. Over 2 weeks later, I called and was told that it wouldn’t be picked up until later that week. I was extremely confused, as I was there when it was picked up. We left Oregon two days after pick up and took 8 days to get to Louisiana (recovery from surgery made the trip longer). I expected it to be there before me. When my stuff finally arrived, there was only one man delivering it. My bed takes at least two people to move. Initially the one mover wouldn’t take any help unloading, but my dad actually forced him to let him help move the bed. The man that delivered the stuff was very friendly and likely the only good part of this move. Apparently, these movers mix your stuff up with other’s, it’s not packed into its own section of the truck. The only way to know what belongs to who is by tiny stickers, so the mover had to wade through other peoples stuff to make sure he delivered everything. My boxes were all crushed, even the ones that were labeled as fragile. They had holes in them, many of my items were beat up. This is NOT a legit moving company. I honestly don’t even know at this point whether I received everything they left with. Beware. Will be reporting to BBB when I’ve had a little more time to calm down.

I am begging you guys- save your money, time, and energy.
My biggest regret was ever trusting this company. They have done nothing but pressure, belittle, gaslight, and ignore our pleas for help or communication. All of this could have been avoided if their support team had an ounce of human decency and was honest and upfront with us. I spoke with an agent on the phone MULTIPLE times. What I left every conversation with was: 9-12 days on average to get where we needed to go, weekends counted, they did inventory checks three times(pick up, hold, drop off), that we needed to act now because they were SO busy that this was the only way we would be sure that we would get on a truck and get our stuff fast and that if we left at a specific date our stuff shouldn't be too far behind. *Note that our agent walked me through when we should leave and gave me a range- "held my hand" through this process letting me know that our stuff would get there before us and they could hold it until we arrive. It was looking good- the movers were relatively nice. They never gave us an inventory count, but hey we don't do the inventory according to our agent so maybe that isn't the procedure. We move. We waited the entire week of promised delivery before calling. Monday we call and the sweet girl called the movers and said hey you should hear from them BEFORE Friday- if not give us a callback. Friday comes, and we call hoping for any kind of info: I'm told that I don't know how to count, explained what ETA meant and that there was nothing I could do.---- I called again an hour later looking for a manager. She explains that she will get a hold of the movers and give us an update. She would "light a fire under their butt" and We should hear back by Saturday. Monday comes and we don't hear anything so I call, My mom calls and my roommate calls. We all get met with the same BS. We will contact the movers and get back to you. We even get sent their number! Except the number given to us is the wrong one. Finally, I hear from the movers on Friday. They then show up at 8:30 pm on Monday. The movers are nice but they don't rebuild most of our furniture, and screws are missing. They didn't take inventory when they dropped it off or at least didn't tell us they did. Seemed weird at the time but they are professionals. The furniture we build ourselves is covered in footprints, damaged and missing parts. Frustrating but it happens. Since we work most of the week: we weren't able to unpack until the following Friday. Come that weekend we find that we're missing some boxes. So I call the service number. Frustrated over the experience I ask for a manager. I'm refused because the rep wants to try to help. I explain the AWFUL service we've had up til this point and that we are missing some items. here are some things he said to me: "Well did YOU take inventory?" "How do we know you didn't lose it or forget to pack it?" "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" Amazing service on your hands here all mighty. I ask for a manager once more. "She's busy on another call right now. Can I have her call you back?" They never call us back. I've already told him this. I re-explain this. I ask for any contact information- email, phone number I get their community email and an operations email. generic and useless. While their manager is on such an important call that she cannot be bothered to help me(like she promised to do in the past) and this man is giving tons of unhelpful information I hear her in the background as she picks up another call. Finally, after talking in circles I say fine give me the emails and have her call me back. She never does. Moral of the story: go anywhere else. There is a moving company with a man that sounds like Matthew McConaughey. If you're going to get screwed for 30 days at least get screwed by Matthew McConaughey.

DITTO what Nadene Marie said - Terrible!!!!! do not use them!!! I used this 'broker' service as I thought I was going to have experts to move my items safely. I was lied to about what they offer, pricing constantly changed, and all my items were late and smashed to peices. They are hustlers, llies and give the worst costumer service ever!!!!!. They scam you, and protect themselves in there contract, so you never get a penny back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPONY-TERRIBLE!!! Read more at: https://www.mymovingreviews.com/write-a-review/step-1 My experience has been the worst - Jordan is pretty much a front man to distract you form talking to anyone who actually has any authority. He belittles you as you talk to him and you can hear someone woman in the background shouting and coaching him to talk to me even ruder. Also they do not do the move they broker someone to do the move - so your items leave your home to go to a random strange company that you don 't have contract with. Once your items leave your home you're basically in the mercy of an unprofessional company that cannot give you a delivery date. I got a call less than 24 hours in advanced after calling for 3 weeks to find out where my things are? Very unprofessional.

Do NOT use this company; they are brokers
Wish I could give these people a 0. They wanted to move me on August 30th when I made very clear to the rep who I booked with that I had to move on August 29th. I sincerely thank Jordan who did his best to correct the issue and was able get me moved out on the 29th but couldn’t get my furniture delivered until the 30th. They don’t tell you this on the phone but you are basically dealing with brokers and not the actual movers doing your move. I was told I need to disassemble my son’s crib but I could just separate the headboard from the rest of the crib, I’m a single woman so disassembly and reassembly of the crib isn difficult; when the movers did arrive they were very nasty with me about not fully disassembling the crib even though I was told I didn’t have to. They showed no respect for the property, almost took out a chandelier and put a hole in the wall removing a bookshelf without asking me; bookshelf had a plastic piece connecting the screw to the wall which could easily have been cut to prevent the damage but they just yanked it out. One of the men did a stinky number 2 in the bathroom. Then when they delivered the furniture, they again showed no regard for light fixtures, they hit 1 fixture so hard 1 of the bulbs started smoking, and then had the gall to act like the tip wasn’t enough when they didn’t deserve a tip. The movers I got made me fill out a survey the day before when they took the stuff out of my old place while the guy was staring me down so I couldn’t give my real opinion. Please save yourself the aggravation and do more research then I did, I would never have used this company if I knew they farmed you out to another mover who I didn’t know and couldn’t research beforehand.
