   Extortionists!

   Stay far far away. If you fall for these scammers, report to the FMCSA, BBB, and police. They are brokers and hire nonprofessional thug like "movers,". They will take money, demand more, take your goods and then you will have to fight to get delivery. The FL Attorney's general office also has heard from me. Don't hire them

   I fell for it and I usually don't fall for these things. Tried to cancel immediately after and my deposit was still taken out 4 days later. Cannot get ahold of anyone now and staff pretty much scolded me when I said I changed my mind (which I was told I had a right to a full refund if I did and so I was pressured to sign earlier than I wanted). Impossibly difficult to reach anyone now. Mike Rossi is who I worked with. He was pleasant until I said I wanted to cancel.

   Thieves and Scam Artists

   This company specializes in deception and uses all of the tactics to ensure that they can legally rob you. They will provide you with a quote online that will seem unbelievable and have you sign it and pay the deposit then when they come out to your house they will load you up and wait till the absolute last minute to give you an updated quote that won’t be anywhere near the initial quote. Then they will inform you that they will hold your items until you can pay for it in cash at which point they will drop off your belongings many of which will be broken or damaged. Save yourself a headache and choose any other company.

   Interstate wire fraud

   We contracted for a $4000 dollar move, They underestimate, and sent a subcontracted Carrier that was would not communicate with use, and left without doing anything. AHRS representatives were unavailable to help us. THey requoted the move, took $500 more, and sent another irreputable company, DDE, that did not fully load our townhouse, left contracted items at the top of the stairs, refused to provide a legible estimate, addendum, bill of lading and left before they could communicate with me, yet demanded $2000 more for the first half of the move. AHRS of course could not be contacted during this emergency, and still have not helped us resolve this issue. Our move is lost in cyberspace, we are being extorted for almost triple the estimated cost without any assistance, documentation or support.

   Worst experience ever. Josh sold us full service direct move from IL to Va. we flew to Va on scheduled date to learn from customer service manager Tony that our entire belongings were in storage somewhere in IL and it would be 2-3 weeks before he could tell us arrival date . After that conversation I could not reach him or salesperson Josh! I lost over $1500 in deposit and had to pay to get his stuff out of storage . Then had to rent a uhaul to drive it ourselves to get it there In time. Complete scam , misleading , dishonest company . The absolute worst out there . The worst customer service and people .

   Complete Scam. WARNING!

   They took a check deposit ($730 cash--stupid me!) and then disappeared. No service ever delivered. Email addresses are undeliverable. Only one phone number works, and they put you on hold for HOURS--literally! Sometimes they just hang up (after you wait for hours). They have a new phone number now. I believe the positive reviews are fake. SCAM COMPANY. Also, I'm pretty sure it's just one guy. I lost entire days trying to contact them. In the end I had to use U-Haul and move myself because no one showed up.

   Do not use this company

   Without a doubt the worst moving experience of my life. It’s amazing how quickly their tones, and responsiveness changed once they had received my deposit. What started as guarantees of service, and that they could accommodate my tight schedule, turned into them yelling at me over the phone, hanging up when I tried to get etas. And after their service manager tony spent two days assuring me that they would finally come on a specific date they did not come, and once again their customer service hung up on me. I had a specified closing date on my house which I communicated to them, but once they had my money they didn’t care anymore. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Sales team that will lie to customers to close deals. Zero remorse or accountability from the supposed management. The worst part is I think they know what they’re doing, because they don’t take credit cards. This would be an easy transaction to dispute with a credit card company, but they demand ach transfers which take much longer to contest. I don’t know whether to call it a scam, or just a complete utter lack of respect and care.

   Terrible Experience

   Overall this was the worst moving experience I have ever encountered in my entire life. I have moved many times. Never have experienced a group of unprofessional people to this degree in my entire life. Zero communication, you can never get anyone on the phone. Severe …… I mean severe up charges and broken items. My wife was so upset and there was nothing I could do. It was emotionally draining dealing with this company and their lack of empathy. Very sad….
