   Our recent move!

   Certainly had the A Team for our move. Guys did a fabulous job with everything arriving in great condition. Had one large bookcase that couldn’t go down the stairs so they levered it off the balcony! Very friendly and accommodating. A pleasure to work with! Exceeded our expectations. Thank you again Travis and Cole!

   Misleading

   I explained all of the details of my upcoming move to Cameron. He gave me a quote with a reasonable price so o agreed to use them. All three guys that showed up (Cameron and two others) worked quick and efficiently. The loading went fairly smooth. They experienced some trailer problems on the trip down to the new house. Nothing I blame them for. But, rather than get a room for the night and wait until the next day to unload, which is what my quote included, they said they wanted to just get the move finished. So they showed up to the new house to behind unloading our things around 11pm. When Cameron gave me the bill, not only did it still include an over night stay charge, but was around $2,000 more than the quote. There was no extra work we decided to have them do. It was exactly as stated. Cameron tried to tell me it was because they had to use their “bigger trailer.” However, when he gave me the quote it was to include their “biggest trailer.” We were already a little irritated with the service because they were not able to bring nearly as much of our stuff as they had originally stated they could, but the price increase was over the line when it was not for any sort of unexpected service they had to provide. We were very patient and accommodating with their several misfortunes they experienced on this move, but they rewarded us with a large up charge for our bill. Of course, I shouldn’t leave out the fact they waited until our stuff was loaded on their trailer to inform us of the price increase as well.

   Movers cost waaaaaay too much, very expensive

   We hired Arm Strong to move a 3 bedroom home 140 miles. We packed the vast majority of items. Arm Strong was supposed to drop off boxes to pack hanging items in closet. They did not do this until the move-out day. We had to leave the home and Arm Strong was to finish packing a few items and store everything for one week. The original quote was over $9600. The day of delivery, when all was said and done, they charged us over $13,000. That is not a typo. While they promised a fair price and quality service. we got none of that. I had several other bids around $3000 but couldn't talk my friend out of using Arm Strong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY TOTALLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THIS ELDERLY PERSON, MORE COMMONLY NOTED AS ELDER ABUSE.
