   Very Efficiently

   Quick and reasonably priced. These guys took extra care with some of my furniture that had been damaged in a past move (different company), double-wrapped it and even offered us advice on how to fix it. From the office staff to the crew who moved us everyone goes above and beyond. Can't recommend enough.

   The process from start to end wasn't stressful, thanks to the gentleman who moved me. Those guys deserve a raise because they made your company look incredible! I highly refer this company. I had zero issues with anything getting damaged, dirty or scuffed, and they took fantastic care of my things.

   The worst service I have ever seen.

   Since loading, working with AMS has been a total nightmare. They failed in knowing how big the truck should be, and make me paid for a 2nd truck. Still today Im sleeping in the floor with my kids and my things haven´t arrived to Florida. Save yourself from huge problem and avoid working with this company. There is no customer service, and the whole experience is the worst nightmare you can ever experience.

   THE BIGGEST LIARS THAT EVER POSED AS A MOVING CO.!

   The five star reviews are hilarious on TrustPilot from their friends and relatives and a major crock of bullcrap! These Shuysters masquerading as professional movers/ moving company are a complete JOKE! If their lips are moving, rest assured they are lying! Our Salesperson Jason was full of CRAP. He lied from beginning to end doing video walk-thrus of our stuff and giving us one rate and then half of what he bid on wouldn't even fit on the truck of the subcontractor. He said AMS does NOT use subcontractors. They used subcontractors throughout the ENTIRE move who either broke our furniture or it showed up dented, paint missing, legs off furniture. chunks of wood missing, cracked frames and other furniture that became unusable. Broke our treadmill which was like brand new. Then they took it apart and their subcontractors who couldn't speak English had no idea how to put it together at the final destination, though they sold it as part of the deal telling us they disassemble and reassemble upon delivery. A load of absolute BS! Hiked the rates up AFTER having to leave a ton of our stuff behind and held it hostage on the truck until we paid them. Kept our stuff for weeks on end AFTER they told us repeatedly it would be in our state at our home in 5-6 days and our stuff showed up with the bug infestation from their warehouse they were storing it in, prior to delivery. Disgusting, dirty and unsanitary conditions! To call them absolute dirtbags would be the understatement of the year. Their insurance company is as big a joke as they are, providing pennies on the dollar after charging us over 10k to move it all here. A major insult to anyone's intelligence. Once they have DOT breathing down their neck including several attorneys serving them their final paperwork they will be scratching their heads and drowning in fines and legal fees along with all the fools working for them pedaling their BS. I cant think of a finer bunch to get all they deserve and then some. Its coming! Hope these morons at Atlas Moving Systems are ready for it.

    Nothing but a Nightmare

    I have had nothing but issues with Atlas Moving Systems. From the $3k upcharge at pickup (half my stuff was already on the truck and we were moving in 2 days, I didn’t really have any other options at that point), to the fact that our “relocation specialist”, the foreman of the crew who loaded our stuff and a woman at their corporate office all told us that our stuff would be delivered on a specific date, only for it to still be MIA over a week later, everything with this company has been an absolute nightmare. If I could give negative stars I would. I’m trying not to think about how much of our stuff is going to be missing and/or damaged when it finally arrives. Can’t get a straight answer out of them and 50% of the employees that we’ve talked to on the phone have been downright rude.
