   I highly recommend them.

   Barnes of Lincoln have moved my whole family more than once. Today they moved my elderly parents. Seth and Mike were excellent to work with. They were very punctual and hard working. Tom is great to communicate with and very accommodating. I highly recommend them.

   Excellent service and competitive rates.

   We recently used Barnes of Lincoln for our move from a 2 bed bungalow to an second floor apartment. Their rates were very competitive, they were very accommodating over the removal date and provided excellent service throughout. We would like specially like to thank the removal team who worked so hard to get all our belongings up the stairs at the new place. We would, both, highly recommend Barnes of Lincoln to anyone seeking a good removal company.

   Refused to call me after damaging goods and admitted it was a tactic!!

   Used them for storage for full contents of a four bedroom house. Paid over £10,000 in fees. Biggest mistake I ever made. When goods were re-delivered their guy took a table apart and failed to reassemble it properly. When I came to move it, it fell apart. Things happen and that’s not the main issue. I made contact via email several times over several weeks and was ignored. I then called in, met their director, who seemed scared of his own shadow and he promised to call me with details of compensation that they were prepared to offer. He didn’t call . When I caught up with him again, he admitted that not returning calls was done in the hope that I would lose heart and give up. Eventually they gave me £100 - for something that will cost £3000 to replace. Very poor experience and so disappointed as I expected better for a local company.
