   Bedwell Moving Systems moved my items from Toronto to Oshawa without any issues. I also used their packing services. Highly recommended. With the extreme heat we had this summer the crew was very upbeat!

   Used Bedwell twice for our moving and we had a great experience every time ! Right from the initial phone call for a quote to the final piece of furniture being moved was great. Highly recommend them to anyone that wants to move.

   Moved with Bedwell twice so far and will again and again. Professional and very experienced crew, office staff always so polite and helpful anytime I called with questions. Highly recommend them to anyone I know without hesitation. Nice to see during these trying times that people take pride in their job and do it Very well.

   Unsatisfactory due to billing shuttle charge for service not rendered

   The major complained is not keeping their end of the deal regarding a charge on a shuttle service that was not performed as they put the charge anyway under miscellaneous. So be careful on extra charge. Otherwise they were expeditious and efficient in the move from an out of province location. Also watch for what the booking agent, dispatcher will tell you. They say many time that did not get my message but in fact they did, as I confirmed with the person that I had left the message originally. They are not always proactive on follow up call if you are trying to get your bill corrected. Other then being charged extra the move was without incident, a bit late on the time announced to their delivery, we had to wait 2. 5 hours before they got to our place. The agent should have made a follow up as to not loose our time as she knew there were still offloading somewhere else. No moving company is perfect but being lie and charge for a service not rendered is not your best option, choose wisely and good luck.

   Horrible experience with this company

   Trucks brought too small, not done on time, took a week to get my belongings back, charged double what was quoted, missing and broken items. Things placed in a disheveled mess. Refused to move the piano from the garage despite paying extra. Business refuses a claim as they believe I am outside their policy time line, despite being aware of extenuating circumstances.

   Travis Bedwell is the WORST Moving Experience EVER

   This is the worst moving company ever!! They sent my items form Toronto to NYC and only 1 of the 4 mover showed up for over 150 pieces! I was forced to move all my boxes myself at 2 locations!! They have offered me an insulting $200 discount for this material breach of out moving contract!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

   Do Not Hire

   We hired Bedwell to move us from Ontario to Alberta. Things seemed to be going well until most of our belongings arrived at our storage unit in Alberta as we were having a house built. The driver told us that he could not fit all of our belongings into his trailer. Sadly, Bedwell did not tell me this despite numerous emails/call during the time. When our belongings arrived a custom made head board had a leg completely missing. It is beyond repair. We also noticed when we moved our belongings from the storage to our home a few months later, our dining room chair handle was broken. We didn't originally see the damage as whoever broke it used clear tape to conceal the damage. Finally, my ladder is missing. As we had 2 deliveries, I was told my ladder would be delivered in the spring. When I asked Bedwell about the where my ladder is, I was told it left their facility. When I asked for confirmation, I have yet to receive a reply despite calling and emailing them. A true sign of a good business is how they deal with an issue. Sadly, Bedwell has shown their true colours. They were very quick to take payment, yet now they will not assist me. Be very careful if you retain their services.

   Never again!

   We had a very bad experience with Bedwell this summer and would not recommend them for many reasons: their security is lax, their consideration of your belongings poor, and their ownership of any issues practically non existent. We stored furniture with them, some of which was stolen, without them knowing. We only discovered this when the police called to let us know about stolen items they had in their possession. To give them credit one of the missing stolen items Bedwell paid to replace, and they gave a discount, but there were other items they claimed were not stolen yet never arrived here despite “being checked out of the warehouse” and they will not/cannot explain where they are. We constantly had to call and email and follow up with no response, there was no ownership or responsibility. And when we escalated to North American, they said they couldn’t help as “ This was an Intra-Canadian relocation and the agents act under their own authority”. Asides from those issues, items were broken or damaged during the move like a $300 vase which their insurance paid only $20 for (insurance is paid out by weight of item not value) as well as nicks and dents, including on our piano and our walls. Long story short, we will not be using Bedwell nor North American ever again. We thought we would be safe with a big company like North American, but sadly this was not the case.

   Poor on all counts.

   I'm a university professor and I usually do not write reviews of companies online. However, I've decided to speak out this time because not doing so would make me complicit with the unprofessional service and theft/loss of my belonging from Bedwell. So, if you would like to lose your things, hire Bedwell; BUT DO NOT EVEN TRY if they have some values for you. I have moved around X-times North America, from California to Montreal to Boston to Ottawa to Toronto and today back to Ottawa today and this is the worst of the worst experiences I have never had. So I wonder which avatars would wrote positive reviews fro BEDWELL.. SURELY ROBOTS, NOT HUMAN BEING!
