   Best Choice Moving will jam as much as they can in the space they have with no regard for how heavy things are or how high those stacked boxes are. As an example, they tossed... and I mean literally tossed, a carpet cleaner up to the top of a stack of boxes. You could see the boxes compress under load. Once the truck was full, they packed the rest of it onto the back of the trailer and ratchet-strapped two mattresses, a large sign, and a few other larger items to the back of the OUTSIDE of the truck. We were lucky it didn't rain. They told us our stuff would be put on an 18-wheeler 2 days after getting it packed. They only said this after we were showing signs of backing out. This turned out to be a lie. They were not loaded for an entire week. Once everything was loaded. The phone numbers given to us (there were 2) were "not in service" as the robot voice stated, and then immediately disconnected. We had to pester the driver who picked up our stuff to find a legitimate number to call. Results after delivery: There were huge gouges in boxes, resulting in deep scrapes, punctures, and in two cases chunks of desks broken off. A desk chair was broken, too. Also, they only cover $0.60/lb insurance per item, and they did not offer any other option. The strange thing is that In fact, there WAS another option on the contract that they INTENTIONALLY CROSSED OUT. It is also important to note that they don't show you this part of the contract until AFTER the truck is entirely packed up. A good company will give you all the details up front, not after it's too late to back out. Do not use this company. They will not treat your things with the same respect you, your family, or your friends would. They will not reimburse any damaged items to their actual worth.
