   Extortionists.

   The sales rep (I think her name was Sandra) and the Supervisor (unfortunately didn't catch his name) were nasty, bullied us, threatened us that they would tell the foreman to drive away with our stuff and throw out our belongings if we didn't pay for the "Over-charge". We ended up having to pay 50% higher than the quote and they wouldn't unload our things until we paid. With the initial quote, you would think they are cheaper until you pay the final bill. They literally extort it out of you since it's your stuff and you are at their mercy and they know it!! Bunch of crooks and bullies!! Save yourself the misery and frustration of having to deal with them. I will add however that the foreman was a decent guy, but your still getting fleeced irrespective and unfortunately I couldn't give zero stars.

   Ok, Let's go with the real facts: Your husband called on 10/22 midday for a same day service to pick three crates at Kearny Distribution Center. We gave you the price but your husband decided to keep shopping around, than he calls later and decide to book but kept crying for a better price. We advised him the price given was the more accurate quote but he insisted that it wouldn't take that many hours, so we gave you our minim quote but advised the would be charged on a hourly rate basis. So, after booking, he tell us we need to have the freight bill to pick up the crates, we went to a truck stop to have that paper printed, once we arrive at the distribution center, and after 45 min waiting, they informed that crates were not released yet. (I guess no need to mention its not our fault), and off course we charged you one hour for this attempt. We returned next day, and picked the crates after another hour or so waiting there, drove to Plainsboro to delivery your goods. The whole process to four hours, but your husband was refusing to pay for the extra hour and started to threat our crew and company. Yes, we called the foreman and authorized to return to the company since your husband was trying to get away and not pay for the service, once he realized that he was the one creating problems he decided to pay. Your estimate ws for $600 and you paid $900 due to your own mistake of sending us while shipment had not been release from port yet and a extra hour on the second day due to road conditions and delay from the port to release shipment to us. Sorry, but your review is irrelevant and does not reflect the truth! Shame on you!!

   It is a SCAM. Bluebell Relocation Services DO NOT USED THEIR SERVICES The move was way over charged. I had to pay over $7000 to move my furniture 2 bedrooms from NJ to Texas. Normally the price is somewhere in the neighborhood of $3000. The relocation quality was extremely poor. My china was cracked, few dining chairs and the table scratched, the leather 3 seats couch deteriorated. I asked for some compensation for the damages and they refused. DO NOT USE THEM.

   My apologies if your service was nothing but exceptional. You did contact us to report the damage on your china cabinet and the dinning table. Based on your valuation choice, you are entitled to $0.60 per pound per item, we did offered you $150 compensation which is way over our liability, but you never got back to us on that. I'm sorry but your review does not reflect the truth!

   Moving.

   Recently used this mover and will never use again. Sales rep was friendly until the contract was signed then it was it's in your contract when issues of price came up. Final costs was nearly $1,000 more then the quoted estimate. Wanted to charge extra fees for delays caused by them. One box missing and several others were smashed and broken. Wish I could give negative stars. The movers were friendly and helpful but the management sucks.

   The details are long. The bottom line is this company is unethical scammers. -bullied me -threatened me -falsified documents -falsified weights -tried to get me to help them to commit fraud with us postal money orders -damaged my items -held my items hostage -extorted me Had to get police involved These people are abusove and terrifying and will not do right be their customers will only steal your time, your money, your stuff Contact me if you have been a victim of this company.

   The worst NY to SC move ever.

   This company has failed in so many ways I don't believe there's enough space to write it all. 1. When they came to house to give us a quote, we wasn't finish packing. I told them we will be adding more boxes. Added 40 boxes to count and was charged $1100 extra. $27.50 ea box. We had no choice due to time frame of moving. 2. Accused of bringing extra stuff on day of move, if they just look at company check off sheet, nothing extra was added. 3. Told on the day of move that I needed extra truck which was sent & not used due to everything fitting on 1st truck. I told the person that did the quote that the size truck he said they was sending may be to small. 4. After truck was fully loaded I was told truck is over weight due to sq ft used, I was never told I was only entitled to a fixed amount of space. I also paid extra for the truck to only carry my stuff directly to new home. So how can it be a partial truck? $1900 plus was added to final bill for full truck.. 5. Truck got to my new house thursday night even though I ask for a saturday delivery. Rep tried to blame me for their error. 6. On Sat after truck is fully unloaded I was then told that some of my stuff was on another truck. I was told it would arrive a few days later. It came 23 days later after 3rd driver got lost 6 days after 1st delivery. He called me to find out were I lived and when he realized how far off he was he decided to keep going to Texas with my stuff. Took me 5 days to find out where my stuff was. Company never called. I was told by office they thought someone called me. 7.The 4th driver finally comes but tell me I didn't tell him we had stairs. He never asked and the moving company knew because they had already brought 1st load to house. So he refused to take both items upstairs. One item is still in garage. To heavy for me and wife to carry up. 8. Four items with minor damages was written on final papers from 1st delivery but no one has contacted me.Also according to their count sheet, i'm missing 5 or more boxes. Until we figure out if anything is really missing ill leave it for now. 9. They lost the chance to do good and make more long distant moves. We have 2 more homes moving south to Atlanta. They was waiting to see how it went for us. 10. When we started this process, I was afraid of this kind of thing happening with a moving company. You was given some good ratings but I should have listen to the negatives. The only good that came out of this was your workers. They were truly hard working professionals that happen to work for a very bad company. Make space for a half star. so I can give it.

   The Worst.

   THE WORST. This was the worst moving experience we could have ever imagined. High end furniture arrived with broken legs. There was also a chair with WATER DAMAGE! They said that the storage unit where they had stored our furniture before the trucking there was a hole and water leaked in. We paid an exorbitant amount of money to this company to avoid any complications. We thought our belongings would be in safe hands because of how much we paid. We were wrong. Plus the insurance does nothing. A family heirloom has a chuck of wood taken out of the side. It must have been rubbing against something larger and heavier for the trucking portion from CT to NC. Boxes that had arrows pointing this side up were upside down and thrown into a heap. Boxes that said fragile were underneath heavy items. Needless to say two lamps and several frames arrived shattered. Items were literally in a heap on the truck and there was only one capable man (extremely rude) to unload everything. Please do not use this company. We had to go back and take a complete inventory of everything. Take pictures of all the damages, get estimates on everything to repair.. and insurance did nothing for us. This was 9 months ago and never received a dime. Talk about the most stressful move ever. We are finally in our new house but with every piece of furniture looking like it belongs in the dump. I am still heart broken about it. THE WORST.

   Do not use this company their horrible. The low estimate you get at first will triple. The delivery date is not when you want it it's whenever they feel like it!! Been waiting for my items for over 10 days now and none knows nothing! Was told someone will call me back last week and I'm still waiting! I've called and called and all they say is we didn't promise a delivery date! unbeievable how unprofessional and u punctual this company is!! The rest of my family moving were going to use this company but not now !! And everyone I know will know how horrible this company is ! A bunch is scammers and liars!!

    Very bad service.

    I will put it very simple: They provided very bad service to my family. We had moved before but never used a moving company always did it on our own with help from friends, but this time we tried out BLUEBELL RELOCATION and let me tell you DO NOT EVER USE THEM! The estimate they gave my parents was not even close to the price we paid. They were suppose to move my parents entire home for 4 people in one day. They started at 9:00 and at 9:00pm they still were not done and go over 50% on what they quote them. The movers also damaged the walls and put holes in them and the walls are ruined. They broke my refrigerator and now it's not working. And guess what? they charged me more money for doing the rest of my move myself which they didn't finish in their error. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
